Absolutely disgusting do not ever eat here. You will get sick I promise horrible service, horrible attitudes, they don't even say hello they don't say anything on the speaker. Lights always off because they don't wanna be there. Shut this trash hole down. Never again Absolutely disgusting not even safe for human consumption. Health department will be heading out there. They need to be shut down gravy is water nothing but grease when you bite into chicken. The creator of kfc should shut this hell hole down it has ruined the name kfc. Only thing saving this disgusting place is if a fire burned it to the ground. I repeat do not eat there or you will be sick.

You get what you pay for as far as quality of employees. Wont be back horrible service people laughing and playing waited in drive thru 5 minutes while staff laughed at me why I waited for the sauce I ordered.wont ever.

Horrible place to eat.We waited 40 mins to get our food for it to be cold an very very greasy.like dripping grease.The staff was really rude.The manager Thomas SUCKS.he left his staff on the floor having no clue as to what they are doing.there was people waiting over an hr or more for food.People were walking out cause they had to wait 10-15 mins just to place an order.The guy on the fryer was eating as he was cooking food.No one had gloves on…… just disgusting

My wife and I had a long day and were not in the mood to cook anything so we decided on KFC so we placed our orders on our phones and the app said the food would be ready for pickup at 8:15 so we left and arrived at the drive thru where we were greeted and i responded that I’m here to pick up 2 mobile orders for my name and my wife’s name and we were told to pull around. I arrive to the window and I was given my drink but not my wife’s and that was told they were waiting on the food to be finished and I should pull into the parking lot by the doors. So we pulled up. I took a sip of my drink and it was regular tea not sweet tea so I was gonna just tell the person who brings our food out that it was the wrong drink but some time has gone by and it’s now 8:34 which is 19 minutes passed the time the app said it would be ready for pickup and the store wasn’t busy. I went inside with the drink and asked how long it would be till the food was ready and that this is not the right drink. Apparently the sweet tea was just regular tea that night which was watered down and bitter not sweet at all. The food was misplaced and the other associates said they gave the food out almost 20 minutes ago, come to find out it was sitting in the pickup section for DoorDash type drivers. So now we got the food in sealed bags and drive home to have a little late dinner which ended up being cold and soggy from condensation and the biscuits had no tops, they were messed up looking. The cool staff had an attitude and they were all young people so we thought if we would have asked for new food due to there error they might have spit in it or mess it up intentionally. Definitely not going back to this location again!

I think they fried the chicken and fish in the same grease it all tastes the same . Rude service, disorganized, long waits , for cold greasy food . Need new management since it starts there and crew members with fewer attitudes. Better service and quality for the money you're charging.

Terrible service. Cashier took an order then filled up a cup of lemonade and walked off while I was still in line... No "someone will be right with you" or anything. Just walked off. Looked right at me too.Finally after 5 minutes the drive thru cashier came over to take my order. She was extremely nice.
