We showed up at 8pm, thinking we could go inside & get out of the car to eat, but the inside was all closed down. The sign on the door clearly stated that they closed at 10pm, so it was very aggravating that we drove 40 minutes, to a place to eat, that our kids chose & they were just closed down, no information online, notice to the public, sign, or anything, so we had to sit in our car, in the parking lot, to eat, use the restroom across the street & then drive back. ? Very unprofessional.At least the boy at the register, that took our order was extremely good. We had a very large order, as there is 6 of us. Normally, everyone always messes our order up, or leaves food out, but this young man did not. He listened thoroughly, repeated everything, asked questions throughout our whole order & was very polite & well manored. We haven't seen that kind of service in fast food, in a very long time.The food was good, okay, what you'd expect for decent fast food.All in all, a 6/10 for a fast food place.

Fish stale and overcooked. Hush puppies over fried to baseball hardness. Asked for fresh fries, got stale and cold. Cole slaw was good. Cashier kept mumbling about cheap Chinese receipt paper, cheap Chinese to-go boxes and having a marvelous day. Don't waste your money.
Bathroom was nasty, floor was sticky. Fries ice cold, soda tasted weird and the fish was just saturated with oil.

To wait in the drive through for as long as I did just to sit at the window for a long time without even an acknowledgment or even an apology for the wait is insane.
