Absolute dump! Alot of loitering and illegal activities in the parking lot make this place unsafe feeling at night. Room was gross! Bugs in the entryway and bathroom full of roaches! Took two weeks and multiple calls to corporate for a refund. How Wyndham has not shut this place down is beyond me. Read the reviews, this place is for bassheads.

Staff in the office were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and fresh smelling, the bed very comfortable. All fixtures up to date. We were there on a Friday night and the area was peaceful and quiet.

The maid service forced their way into our room, we had a do not disturb sign on the outside of the door, she knocked anyway and demanded to come in, she gave no explanation to why. They allow party goers to play music all night, so no sleep at this hotel.Safety: There are people walking around asking for money and rides. Police are everywhere. gun shot heard one of the nights.

Martina, the front desk concierge, is a God-send and single-handedly keeping this location in business because of her friendly nature, patience, understanding, and her helpful ways. I had a few issues with a wrongfully forfeited deposit, however, Martina has helped me with resolving those problems and has gone out of her way to contact me and let me know that my deposit will be returned to me after management reviewed the misunderstanding. Martina is the best employee there and deserves a raise and/or promotion.

I booked this room for an employee or in after he noticed the roach problem they had he informed me I decided to take a trip over there because I didn’t believe this was a bad motel based on the pictures online. Well sure enough this hotel is complete trash people hanging out outside on drugs, random trailers Full of scrap metal parked in individual parking spaces. No I only is it a bad mood tell the customer service is also terrible. After me sending my credit card over for the deposit and giving them an authorization to use it they decided to charge me a late fee because we were 20 minutes late from paying for the second night. I wish I had known how bad this motel was before I booked a second night or I would’ve canceled and got them something better. I was under the impression that Days Inn had standards but after seeing this place I’m not too sure.They responded and said there were no reports of pest issues but if you read other people’s reviews you can clearly see other people complaining about roaches. They didn’t bother to respond about the drug problem at the motel that I personally witnessed.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life! Me & my family feared for our lives!!!! The place is active when you are sleeping. This is NOT a hotel! People live here & they are not good people. We saw 2 drug deals go down within 10 minutes of checking in. There was fighting & yelling all night including nonstop traffic & people beating on doors. I unfortunately couldn't leave or would have lost out on my money due to booking through a 3rd party site. We stayed at the beaches until we got tired and only went to the hotel to legit sleep. The pool is nice but no one was in there swimming which we NOW know why. The place is like it's own community of bad people living together in 1 place! I wouldn't even let my daughters go swimming. There are crackhead looking people walking around like zombies through the parking lot!!! Our room was supposedly nonsmoking but it legit smelled like a swisher sweet! The bathroom wreaked of a big cigarette & was filthy. The toilet bowl freshner that is supposed to be inside the toilet was hung behind the toilet underneath of it & that is what the room also wreaked of. You could also tell the door had been kicked in! Even though we used the latch on the door there was still a space where you could see out the door!! I also couldn't tell you when the last time the walkways to the rooms have been cleaned!!! They looked like someone was slaughtered out there!! If I could give this hotel no stars I would! Then no one is on duty at night at the front desk!! This is absurd to me!! The pictures that are online for this place have to be old!!!

Martina is awesome. She is always helpful, welcoming and friendly. Not only does she try to take care of any issues, but she goes above and beyond to help. It’s so hard to find any good customer service nowadays, so imagine how refreshing it was to have Martina providing great customer service. Thank you Martina for being great!!!

MOST of the people who work here are super nice & friendly, the location is convenient and some days the price is good… my issues are-The linens aren’t that clean, they make you pay 13$ additional to stay over at the hotel (which is something I’ve never heard of before and I’ve stayed in hotels all over FL); and I’ve been waiting on my deposit to be returned to me for well over 2 weeks- which has highly inconvenienced me, and the property (as well as my bank, but that’s a different review) “can’t do anything.”
