Super slow service on 3/31/24 evening. No employee will acknowledge your presence. The manager on shift that night was THE RUDEST “manager” I have ever dealt. Instead of apologizing for the wait, she decided to get into a screaming match! She needs to be dealt with since the other bad reviews are also probably about her.

So I've been here since 1997 and unfortunately this McDonald's location has become horrible with their drive thru service after about 10 yrs of going here. I know you guys have worked hard at trying to upgrade and make improvements but the drive thru for me, well I just can't take it anymore. And believe me I know how demanding our area with growth and everything has become. What happens is I will sit and wait and the longest was 20 minutes, think that was last year. This morning I was in the farthest drive thru lane and was told to wait and I did and the other line was opened, no one there and a car came thru and was able to place their order and I was still waiting so unfortunately I said HELLO and someone finally came on speaker to take my order. I consider myself one of the top 10 patient people around. But this just won't do anymore. Oh once I waited and 3 cars came up on the other side of me and placed their orders before someone finally took my order. I try not to take things personal and I won't. But I'm moving along and I ? others will not have to experience what I've experienced over the years. The upgrades look phenomenal!

I live in South St Pete but this is the worst McDonald's I ever been to. Always a problem with something, last 2 times it was the coke machine. Went to dog sit, thought great easy stop grab a 7 no cheese because all McDonald's cheese is weird. Got to my friends at 12. 5 minutes after the receipt time, fries were ice cold. I don't do reviews, but after the 5th time stopping to pet sit, it is the worst McDonald's I ever been to. Do better! Should of stopped at Arby's.

The dining room has been recently remodeled. They no longer have the fountain drink dispenser available for dine-in customers to get refills.McDonald's seems to be doing everything they can to discourage dine-in. There is usually no one at the counter, so people feel a bit forced to use the kiosks. Our kiosk printer wasn't printing on the receipt paper, so I had no receipt or proof of what I ordered.Our food was delivered promptly, and was hot. However we had to ask for ketchup and napkins.Dining area was super clean. Restroom was clean.

The night shift manager is rude; she kicked me out of the restaurant while I was sitting down to dinner with my family. When I arrived, she was at the store's door smoking a cigarette. Inside, someone was waiting for her, but she simply ignored them, leaving the person with no choice but to leave. Later, my order was placed on the counter; it should have been brought to my table (as the tag with the number indicated), but it wasn't. Moreover, we weren't notified that our food was ready. When we mentioned this, the manager got upset and asked us to leave, but according to my rights, we stayed at our table until we finished our meal. Action must be taken against this manager as it is her duty to set an example and respect the clientele.

One of the worst mcdonalds in the area, they aren't open half the time they say in mornings and nights, plus they somehow "run" out of ingredients multiple times. Save your time go to a different t one.

I saw drive thru busy. Walked in with cash and was refused service. I was told to use kiosk which doesn’t accept cash. Even manager said no. I get they were busy but SERIOUSLY? To deny service to a paying customer is absurd. I will not be visiting that location or any other. I posted on FB what happened and unfortunately the consensus is not positive for McDonalds. It’s a shame. Most of us started our employment career at McDonalds. SMH
