I literally got two cheeseburgers nobody hardly spoke to me and said hello when they finally came out 12 minutes later if not longer with my two cheeseburgers I asked him what is going on he just looked at me and shrugged his shoulders like he didn't know what was going on he just looked at me like I was crazy and shrugged his shoulders terrible service at the McDonald's on Manatee avenue

i only bought 2 fish fillets. buns/rolls always soft and fresh. fish was perfect. I asked for no cheese & they left cheese off! ? didn't go inside. v fast service!

again another McDonald's in the same week different location this one also gave me the wrong order when I came through the drive-thru took forever to get it corrected and when they did get me my McGriddle breakfast sandwich it was ice cold I don't know if they're a good location since I do not visit them very often I am from out of town but my experience was absolutely horrific and I do not recommend McDonald's to anyone anyways it is terrible food full of formaldehyde preservatives so I limit eating McDonald's to once every three or four months maybe if even that?
Remodel has changed the look & feel significantly. There is more emphasis on ordering from the kiosks. There seem to be fewer seats and the interior design suggests urban isolation compared to the formerly more friendly, neighborhood hangout vibe. The coffee is still acceptable and the food pickup area is now better demarcated. Maybe it will eventually seem "normal" but right now it seems oddly unwelcoming.

Open until 10pm, unless you use drive through. Too bad they can’t take orders until 12am inside, and just put up the chairs and say dining area not available for use after 10pm. Saying it’s open until 12am is not honest, if you turn away customers without a vehicle. Disappointed with the managements’ lack of clarity with that.

I ordered brisket, however, being from Texas, it was not up to the brisket I was used to, but still good. My wife had Buffalo Chicken Salad & it was good.

I visited for the first time the other day. The restroom could have used some attention as they were almost out of toilet paper, and the counter was wet and soapy. The floor in the dining room and in front of the counter was very sticky. There was a wet floor sign posted, so I think someone spilled a drink, but they had not mopped the floor. It was dry, but my shoes were sticking as I walked. The lady at the counter was very friendly and quickly took orders. The wait for the food was minimal. I took my food to go, so did not eat it until I was driving away. If I was not on my way to an appointment, I would have gone back. The fries were undercooked and lukewarm and while the bun was fresh, the burger patties were over cooked and very salty. It appeared this was a newly opened store, so I think it will be better once they get the kinks worked out. I was over 40 miles from home, so I do not know if or when I will get the chance to revisit, but if I do, I will update this review.
