Service was horrible. Manager was so rude. After waiting 20 minutes for inside order I asked and She said she would not serve me or anyone else because I asked why the drive thru was being served and there was 8 people in line not even being waited on inside. I asked for my money back she got pissy with me. Then an employee gave me my food Every time I come here it's horrible service. All she had to do was address every one and say. "I'm sorry for the delay. Thank you for your patience. But instead she had bad attitude. When I finally got my order it was wrong. I kept it instead of having to deal with the lady again.

Bad costumer service in the drive thru because I ask nicely to add something else she didn’t want to and send me to go make the line around I feel that you could have help better and done it McDonald’s first rule is costumers first and costumers always right so please train the employees with a better attitude to the costumers

I ordered two big Macs with no modifications to it and they both came with no lettuce on it. I tried to call the store back and no one picked up. I called back four times and no one still picked up. It just rings.

This is the second review I have posted for this location. My boyfriend went and asked for extra EXTRA pickles on the two cheeseburger meal and we paid $2 extra per burger. Only received one extra pickle. Not only do I expect a refund, but I expect compensation as this happens on a consistent basis. Either close this location or fix the problems. Clearly the late night crew is either left unattended or the evening/night manager needs to be fired.

By far the worst McDonalds in Bradenton.. if you love kids this is the place to be kids make your food without any care in the world if it’s right or fresh they pick their nose without washing their nasty hands Arica is very rude although he is the best store manager he should take some accountability all of the kids here are managers so party party and sleep is all on their mind so you take a Huge L trying to order a simple lunch/dinner you are better off eating dirt they have no accountability won’t even massage my feet when I ask politely

I will never unsterand how slow you are in drive thru. Especially when no cars ahead! Most, don't tell you total cost , so scrambling at 1st drove thru.We have had to wait in overflow for an ice coffee!
