This location always have problems!!! And terrible customer service. I’ll list the most recent unfortunate events:1. I only ordered a cheeseburger pain during the daytime through drive-thru. They told me to pull up in the nearby express lot. The cars behind me, one by one, had to do the same. I waited a while before going inside upset. Then they made me wait another while. After 30min I finally got my food. People who came after me even got their meals before me.2. It was nighttime and I went to go order but the lady told me they only taking DoorDash and Uber eats orders… I’ve NEVER HEARD OF THAT! Is that a thing???!3. Evening time; They forgot an item4. Night time; They were only serving nuggets.All of this the past month. Shall I go on?

I'm coming to this McDonald's for 15 years and today was the worst day. I ordered something they got it wrong I asked him to fix it and it took four tries before she finally understood and then they just gave me another order and I wound up paying $12 instead of 10 for more nuggets. If you don't know what you're doing and you can't understand me you should not be at the window

The level of incompetence at this place is beyond comprehension. It would seem they prioritize the drive-thru and door dash causing us to wait more than 40 minutes before we had to tell someone to get our food before the next door dash order leaves. Our family will not come back. This was the 3rd chance, and they have failed every time.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I'm boredMe and my family came into eat, and most McDonald's I've gone to have outlets. I was hoping toc charge my phone while we ate, not a outlet in sightI ordered two McChickend, and they came with cheese? I understand that mistakes happen,but both of them had cheese. I thought maybe they just started adding cheese to McChicken ,but my mom also got one, no cheese.

Stopped in and grabbed a couple of their hamburgers and large fries. The burger was just OK you can see that they flattened the hell out of it. The meat was tough and not much toppings on it. The fries were not cooked very long and were soggy. I found a few small one that were edible(barely). The girl that took my order and money was friendly but the girl that handed me my food looked like she wished she was anywhere but there. Didn't say a word. They gave me enough napkins but no ketchup at all. Maybe thats normal now but come on I ordered a large fries. Will I go back to this location? Probably not.

Food was made so sloppy had to disassemble my big Mac scrap 3/4 of sauce off sandwich and put back together so my sandwich didn't do the slip and slide different ways. Service here always sucks even the managers are rude. Staff shoves food out the window at you and don't dare ask for ketchup omg it's like you asked them to do something out of job description. Atmosphere there makes you feel so out of place.Kid-friendliness: I guess so even though they took kid friendly statues out of business.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

This McDonald’s is terrible when using the mobile app. They move your order to the now serving side of the board long before it is even ready. I waited 25 minutes for a mobile order that should have been ready when I arrived. Why use the app for a mobile order when people ordering at the register get their food long before me?

If I could give it no stars ,I would! Was going to stop at Racetrack across the road for a cup of coffee, but decided that I didn't feel like having to go inside ,so decided on McDonald's drive thru, only 1 car at the pickup window,another one already ordering in the adjacent lane when I pulled in, was immediately asked for my order to which I replied, just a medium coffee, everyone knows that they will ask if there is anything else, and if not, they'll give you your total to pay, well by this time the other cars had already been given their orders and left, and I'm still waiting for them to respond to me.., never did! Another car put in the adjacent lane ordered and then drove to the pay window:) ? I backed out of the line and went to the Wawa down the street! I guess just a cup of tea doesn't warrant any kind of service!

Worst McDonald’s ever. Long wait times and order is always wrong. Mobile app orders are never received and when you walk in they don’t have your order even though you have an email confirmation and orderd at correct store. They also give you the wrong order when they have you pull up to wait after ordering drive thru so you have to go in to get what you ordered. Attention to detail is very bad

It was great except for I asked the guy and drive-thru for a variety of sauces for our like 40 nugget meal and he's like yeah and all he did was give me more of the same that we asked for while at the drive through speaker.

Placed order on app. Waited several minutes at pick up area but it wasn’t too bad. 5/7 burgers were not made correctly for our order. This might not be a big deal for adults but it IS a problem for young kids. My grandson told us not to order here because “they never get it right”. Guess I’ll listen to him next time. Too bad when ann8 year old can do a better job following instructions.
