Horrible crust . The crust is soft I was able to roll it. I was there when it came out of oven . Not enough cheese . When I took it apart there was no stretching of the cheese. It was supposed to be there in 30-40 minutes, got there in 55 minutes. The pizza was terrible. The crust was dry and chewy and barely warm. I'm a long time customer and have been always happy but this was awful. The brownie however was outstanding, loved it.

I'm very disappointed with papa johns yesterday my order was supposed by in my house in a hour. After several call they finally answer the phone and talk that it will take another hour can you believe that 2 hour for a pizza ? (( not good ))

Honestly, they don’t even deserve a one star. When you call you go to a corporate center to order your pizza they took payment. It came out of my account and then they tried to tell me it didn’t go through and they wanted to take payment again and when I tried to share with them at already went through my account manager was extremely rude to me hung up on me when I called back, he was rude again and told me off. As you can see, I rate a ton of places around and have giving everybody a five star. This is the only one star I’ve ever given because they actually stole from me.

I came at 12:23am on Sunday 02/ 26/ 23 They don't wear gloves , they don't wear a hair net , they don't wash their hands. One of the employees had a dress on with a whole lighter on her dress and touched everything and was making pizza.
Their pizza is one of the best chain/franchise pizzas around, especially if you like pan pizza. They also have the cinnapie, which is one of the best ways to finish a pizza meal. I think they tried to get rid of it once, but the customers weren't having it. The only problem here is, they're as slow as molasses in January. You're best off picking it up as a Carry Out, instead of Delivery. They've got that deal right now where they'll tip you $3 if you do, too, so that makes it even better. Otherwise, you're likely to wait an hour or more for delivery and it's likely to be lukewarm when you get it, even with those pizza warming bags they have. Of course, if you don't mind waiting and you don't mind semi-warm pizza, they'll usually send you a coupon in the mail for a free pizza if they muck it up too badly. It just gets frustrating after a while, waiting forever for eh food that tastes epic when it's hot and fresh! Really... It's amazing pizza when it's hot and fresh. Go for pick up and eat it in the car!

Received a coupon for a free pizza. The coupon says they wanted me to give them another chance to make things right from my last order. It took a really long time to get my order. About a week after receiving the coupon I tried to use it. Online only and has an expiration date of January () 2023. When I entered the coupon it said it was expired. Yet it was 2 days before the date shown. I went ahead and called and placed my order. I went inside to pay and mentioned the coupon error. Cashier could not help me. I paid for the pizza.I guess I expected better service than that.

Super disorganized! If it says 40min be prepared to wait another 40min. Highly recommend going somewhere else that is more organized. Total chaos!

I ordered a papa bowl and garlic knots. It was delivered very quickly however... It was not like it usually is. I called and explained what was wrong and the (I believe manager) lady that answered was very nice and had it remade and sent out. It got to me very quickly again and is much much better. I work in restaurants so I know how frustrating it can be to have to remake food. But I always want my guests to be happy. Papa John's on Cortez has this same mindset. I recommend ordering from them!!!
