Gave them a second chance because of their promos. Ordered a pizza for 6PM and they delivered it at 5PM. It is going to be cold at 6PM for dinner....The papa bite oreo things looked TERRIBLE. DO NOT get them, they are not even worth $3. They said they would remake the order and send it again at 6PM when I called. 6PM comes and goes...6:12PM rolls around and I have a doordasher here with a box of papa bite oreos and no pizza. Called them up, employee said its the most we can do. I said no you promised me the whole order was going to be redelivered, got put on hold then hung up on. Called back, hung up on again. Called again, got put on indefinite hold. CALLED FROM A DIFFERENT NUMBER and got through to the manager. Agreed to give me a refund but they kept insisting on saying that I did something wrong! After explaining everything that had happened they refused to take accountability. It really shows a lot about who works here. Here's a picture of your $8 Oreo Papa Bites if you are considering ordering them. This was without a doubt the worst customer service I have received from this location and we will not be ordering from them again. I'm sorry I gave them a second chance.

We ordered a pizza scheduled for 6pm and it arrived an hour early, so we called and they said they would remake and redeliver the pizza yet when they returned they didn't give us the pizza? Now we've been on hold going back and forth with employees trying to get our dinner, because they keep hanging up on us and putting us on hold. Now they're saying there's nothing they can do? This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced for something that was not the customer's fault whatsoever. Will never be ordering from this location again.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Ordered $42 worth of food. Got a cold pizza. Drinks, sauces, and bread sticks weren't delivered. I will update if they actually send the food out as they stated they would. We are from Indiana and we have no vehicle I can't just go get food.

He sat at the end of my driveway for several minutes when he walked up to my door he handed me the pizza didn't say anything didn't tell me how much. I said dude the pizza is cold he just looked at me and went hua. What the hell . So I paid $29 and some change for a cold pizza delivered by and idiot

I have loved Papa John’s for years. But 2 of the last 3 I’ve ordered have been terrible… not made incorrectly but actually tasted terrible. It’s clear that the old slogan of “Better Ingredients… Better Pizza” was abandoned some time ago. Threw most of the pizza in the trash.

The manager canceled my Uber Eats order because he was too busy.
Food was trash, had their manager, Casey, clearly drunk or under the influence. He told me that he couldnt do much for the fact that my pizza was bubbly and had most of the toppings towards the center and had a chew feel with the crust. I could clearly tell they have mold somewhere on that mini fridge below their bucket of sauce with the fact that it had what seemed several weeks worth of messes. Their store seemed so out of wack and the general manager when I ordered acted like he was in the right and knew what he was doing. Yet all he was doing was sitting on his behind at a desk and when they clearly needed help with employees he just seemed to not care too.
Ordered a pizza paid $20 and got someone else's food literally just bread sticks horrible.

My Husband ordered a pizza over the phone and stated that we would be paying cash. Our delivery driver arrived and stated she had no change at all. our bill was $32 and we had a $50. We told her we would call and pay by card. I waiting on hold for 15 mins after explaining the situation. Finally I told the driver to take the pizza back. I hung up and recalled, finally got a manager (Justin) and explained to him how this was an inconvenience as I had a child hungry and nearing bedtime and asked him why his driver doesn't have change. His response was disrespectful, rude and unprofessional. We will not be using that location again.

I ordered a LG pizza with 5 toppings. Received a half cooked pizza. When I complained I was told cause so many toppings. They sell it this way. I told him I ask for well done. Was told they would send me another pizza.a 1hr 35mins later no pizza. When I called got the excuse they was busy. And when they could get to it they would. Told them to come get there half done pizza and give me my money back. He said okay. Lair..I did without my dinner cause you couldn't do your job. Well you got the last $40.00 from me ever again. I paid cash. Buyer Beware!! This is the Papa John's on Cortez in Bradenton.
