Pesto is a Gem! We absolutely love this place and it has become one of our favorites. We have taken friends and family on multiple occasions and absolutely love the entire staff. The chef has even come out and talked to us. They are always so friendly and welcoming. The food is amazing and everything we have ever ordered is so delicious.We attended the murder mystery and had a WONDERFUL time. We wish more restaurants would have these kinds of events.They also have live music on several nights during the week. We have always enjoyed it.You must try this place!!!

I came here for a business dinner I was hosting. The menu has a great variety of food, and our server was pleasant. The Shrimp Escargot was delicious and the bruschetta light and crispy with great flavor. The Eggplant Napolean was unique and flavorful, and the Pompano with sauce was great! The only thing I would change is having the guitar player in the very small dining room. It was awkward. But otherwise, a treasure for Bradenton, and we have recommended it to several friends already.Vegetarian options: Several options availableDietary restrictions: Many options and the gluten free pasta offering is a nice touch.

Maybe the worst food experience I have had.1+ hour from order to serving.2 of 5 entrees were cold.2 other entrees had what tasted like goat cheese for ricotta.Of 3 parties in the entire restaurant, the staff sat a group immediately next to our group so close it was impossible to leave without moving tables around.Staff demonstrated little empathy for the above items.

This is my second time coming to Pesto when I've visited the area. To start the servers were friendly and attentive. Last night we sat out on the patio and while you can't block out the noise of Cortez you've done a really nice job on blocking the view and making it an enjoyable space to dine in. The bread came out nice and warm and was very tasty with the oil and spices. For dinner we had the Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, chicken Parmesan, and wild mushroom and sun dried tomato pesto capellini. All of them were delicious and the portions were large. For dessert we had the strawberry cheesecake with key lime from cheesecake cutie. So light and tasty! I love that you partner with other local businesses for desserts! Thank you for a great dinner!!

Rachel was a great server! Food was the best we’ve had since being in Bradenton/Cortez. Best Bruschetta we’ve ever had and wish we had room for the chocolate ganache encrusted cheesecake! Guess we’ll just have to come back to try that another time.

This was our second trip to Pesto. Friday night we made online reservations. It was like they were waiting for us. Seated right away. The service is outstanding. Our server not only provided us with all the attention we needed but other waitstaff stopped to refill drinks, take away used dishes and attended to any requests we had. Our orders came out with no issues. The food was remarkable. Portions were very big. The atmosphere was outstanding. Dining here was like something out of a movie. We recommend Pesto to friends and family that visit from out of town. We know it will exceed any expectations and if you know Italian food. This place is spot on. Will be coming here alot in the future. Thanks Pesto for a very nice dining experience.
