“Last night I ordered a pizza to be delivered from my mobile app using the free points I had. When I submitted the order it defaulted to carry out so I called the store and the lady that answered the phone said they had no driver so I asked that they cancel the order. I went in to the app today to order and all my points were gone even though I did not receive the food. I called the customer service number which told me to call the store. I called and Lavaris answered and I explained what happened, he apologized and told me he could not return the points but would be more than happy to make a pizza for me and have it delivered..KUDOS to this gentleman for actually holding to customer service which you do not see often anymore. Thank you Lavaris and I am very grateful , you deserve a raise .“
“Food was great, really fresh, hot and delicious. We picked it up in about 15 min. We chose two large 3 topping pizzas for $10.99 ea. And used our points to add bread sticks. There was plenty of food for our 4 family members. Pizza Hut always delivers the best pizza & We'll keep ordering it as long as they do.“

“absolute favorite gas station. the nick and moes on state rd 70 has the BEST mac n cheese, i can't even explain how much i love it. i got a whole 64 ounce for thanksgiving for my family and it was devoured. there chicken is also so good. their service is awesome too, def recommend!“
“This was my first time ordering from this location. I have to say seeing as I live across the street the Delivery service was very quick. The delivery driver was excellent. When he was not sure how to get into the gate, he called me and was very pleasant and I was able to get him in no problem. It is nice that they have an app so you can check on the ETA of your delivery. I had selected to have my delivery left at my door. However, when I checked the app it said that it had already been delivered. I opened my front door to check, and it had not been delivered yet. The delivery driver was walking up as I was checking. He was polite. However, I had intended to have him leave it at the door. The reason I gave this location 4 stars is I ordered online, and I felt like this process was a little confusing. I did not actually get what I had intended to order! So just be careful and triple check everything when ordering online. My food was great and it is amazing to me that even after 30 years, Pizza Hut Pizza still taste like Pizza Hut Pizza!“
“The best pizza I ever had from Pizza Hut in a long time. Wished north Lakeland the only pizza hut location would fire all there staff to make a pizza like this. Was told there in us 98 there pizza burned when they used frozen cheese. Got into a confrontation with there front end person Jason who didn't want to give there name. Called corporate and only wanted to give me a promo code. I wanted there staff fired. I was told it was that they weren't cleaning there ovens. I want to report to someone who will do something that is the only pizza hut in our area. I am great full that this place gave the best pizza we ever had!“
“Everything was fresh and really good. I was just really bummed that you guys forgot to give me my extra marinara that I paid for…. Boooo! But, other than that the food came, and it was still very hot and fresh. It was still delicious. Thank you.“
