This place is a joke. Cold food, stale, cold fries. Can't ever seem to get order correct. Many other Popeyes are excellent. These folks should not be in food or customer service industry.

I have tried this location several times and it’s just really not good. The customer service is bad and there’s always a bunch of immature young men being really loud working in the back. So many employees but can’t get anything done. The smell of marijuana coming from them. The food takes absolutely forever and then it’s cold when you get it. I’ll never go back to this location. Super annoying.

Waited in the long line just to be told they ran out of ALL of their children and didnt offer us to even wait for them to make more, it was only 8pm. Service isn't good, long wait times, rund employees. Go to Chick-fil-A.

I've been to this location a couple of times within the last year. The food, freaking awesome! The service on the other hand..... Last time I went there I got a 16 piece chicken tender family meal only received one of my sides. Tried to go there today through the drive-thru and no one was picking up. And when I say no one was picking up I mean I sat there in the line five cars in front of me and three cars behind me and no one picked up the line and all that time. Each of us would sit there for a couple of minutes, some, including myself, said hello to maybe get someone's attention to no avail. I love Popeyes food! Love it! But I honestly don't think I'll ever come to this establishment again. Service just isn't worth it

Worst Popeyes ever! Be ready to wait an hour just to get food even if it’s empty you’ll wait for so long! I don’t even know why the app even says which way you would like to pick it up if they’re going to make you do whatever they want instead! I placed a mobile order and set it for pick up through the drive thru and was waiting in the drive thru for a long time for them to just say “no you have to come inside” ??? I’m already there just hand it to me at the window !!

Yet, I was there yesterday But Lobby was closedAnd drive-thru was full but was told you carry the shrimp box and sandwich... What's the problem with the online ordering???
