This place is not good, soft corn taco shells were not cooked, warmed up, just taken straight out of the bag. Tacos had little meat no cheese and an excess of cilantro and onions. It was so bad I couldn’t finish it, I took the meat out and threw the rest away.Attitudes were horrible, including the manager that I called after my disappointing experience with this stuff they called food. The manager, at first wouldn’t come to the phone so I insisted three times and he finally came to the phone. Told me he was on the grill, maybe have someone take over and answer the complaint on the phone, there were 5-6 people near the grill when I was there not doing anything. Did not care about quality of food and was defensive about how bad the food is. He was actually cooking so I guess that’s why he was so defensive. He should not be a manager, very poor customer service skills. This restaurant is set up like a fake chipotle. Save yourself aggravation, time, and money and avoid this place like the plague. Just go to chipotle.

Besides the food quality I believe that good customer service is incredibly important. Sadly I did not experience this at this place. I walked in shortly after they opened and waited around 10(+) minutes standing right in front of the workers, who were busy getting things ready, but not once I was acknowledged, greeted, just nothing. I was literally invisible to them. I was in no rush, in fact I was excited to try this restaurant being from out of town and having plenty of time before our soccer game.

Everyone else eating lunch looked like our kids and appeared to be healthy and relatively fit--not something that is typical in--well, you know.
