This this location has a wonderful staff that's friendly and helpful plus it's very spacious and relaxing to sit in I like also how those tables outside and a drive-thru and plenty of parking because of the publix lot nearby

The drinks I order from this location are always made perfectly. However, consistently I order my mobile orders 10 to 15 minutes before pick up. They are not even started. Sort of defeats the purpose of trying to order quickly ahead of time

My boyfriend and I come here all the time, even though when we do, it’s kind of late. But Kansas makes us feel welcomed all the time and she’s so sweet. She recognizes us everytime we visit, and makes our order perfect. But anyways, I love this location and we love her as our regular barista :) from your regulars (caramel ribbon crunch with mocha and pink drink with light ice no berries light coconut milk and extra base) ;)

This morning on 11/9/23 I went on one of my regular starby runs but to me surprise it was not just any ordinary starby run! My drink was made perfectly. And what I mean by perfectly is not just a simple feat. What I thought was just a simple Iced Moch, must have been made from one of gods angels. Not too chocolaty or bitter not too little chocolate or cream. The perfect balance between an amazing cold brew and mocha that just couldn’t be matched. Whoever made this drink around 7:30AM MUST always be on bar making the drinks. They have a real talent.

The store is an above average Starbucks, but the traffic in and out is really hard. SR64 and Upper Manate River Road has absolutely disastrous traffic. Many more businesses are coming into the plaza, so it will only get worse with time.
The staffs at this location are rude, unfriendly and provides poor customer service. I was disappointed several times with my drink at this location and the day I say something, I was told don't complain if you don't know what it's suppose to taste like. Please remove the verbiage on the cup, "That first sip feeling" because it is not accomplished here and never will be.

Being new this place is pretty busy at the moment, but always great food and drinks and the layout it perfect to allow studying. Multiple small tables so you or two can come and not only have a big table.
