Horrible service. Placed a pickup order 10 minutes before my arrival for them to not have it finished and when I asked I was told my drink was being made now. Cool. Only to find out the drink they were making was for someone else and I had to leave so I didn’t get my drink. And the last time I got a drink from this location it was about 3/4 full. Highly disappointed.

I came in on the first day of the release of the holiday drink menu and was AMAZED by the service I got!! I left 30 minutes early for work as I figured they would be crazy busy. They were busy but the way they handled the chaos was perfect! I got a caramel brulee and an oatmeal and it was ready at the pickup time. They forgot my toppings for my oatmeal but one of the ladies saw me coming back in and immediately took care of it.THANK YOU 75TH STREET STARBUCKS!! <3
