Incredible; the first word that comes to mind. Outstanding and delicious follow. Melissa came and prepared a multi-course tasting meal for a group of friends visiting Ana Maria. Each dish varied, with layered flavors and an explanation of each dish. Steak and lamb cooked to perfection with different mostarda or chutneys. Octopus the most tender I've had. Fresh ceviche and side dishes...and a lemon cake with limoncello. Melissa is an exceptionally talented chef who has travelled globally learning about food. She is prompt, professional, and friendly. We savored every moment. My friends have hired Suncoast Cuisine for 5 years running and now I've tasted why.

Each and every dish was outstanding, full of flavor . She catered to us despite a chaotic first night in vaca with kids running around everywhere, made extra food when we didn't have enough. My mom who never has raw seafood could not stop raving about the Tuna dish she put together. She even gave me wine pairing suggestions which we purchased on our own (to save a little money) and it was all perfection. Every course was delicious but the colossal lump crab cake with key lime and cherry blossom soy was my personal favorite. Cannot recommend her enough for any event.

Chef Melissa helped us celebrate our father's 90th birthday in 2018 -- and it was such a wonderful night that when our mother turned 90 in 2022, we called on her again! Another great evening: fantastic food prepared elegantly and presented seamlessly, with careful attention to the particular needs of various family members (one can't eat gluten, several of us hate onions, two are children). From the terrific appetizers through the perfectly-prepared main courses (tuna, green goddess risotta, and filet mignon) to the killer chocolate cake, it was all delicious and beautifully presented. And then she cleaned up! Chef Melissa has our wholehearted endorsement.
