I must start with my favorite their amazing APPLE FRITTER, chock full of apple chunks & arguably a standard by which all apple fritters ought to be measured. (all other donuts below)Turner’s Donuts is a true little gem for locals and the traveler! The owners Thang & Yee Chau are just super hard working, salt of the earth type. They make about 2,000 donuts made every day (I had to ask)! Staff is friendly, quick & efficient! The potato-flour doughnuts are supper fluffy & soft yet, less greasy than a normal doughnut. The DoughnutsSour cream -crispy outside, soft inside, flavor is just perfectly sweet.Chocolate glazed - chocolate is goodGlazed - light as air, coating is slightly crisp.Boston cream - very good vanilla filledBavarian cream - dusted with sugar, filled with good vanilla creamFrench cruller - very light textureGerman chocolateBlueberry cake - i love all of their cake doughnuts, crispy shell, super soft center ?chocolate cakeplain cakeCherry cakevanilla cakeMaple cakepeanutCoconut - vanilla frosted with coconutThe coffee (hot! ) is very good, also tea, hot chocolate & cappuccino.Cheap compared to all the fancy coffee shops in the area. The breakfast sandwiches, eggs, cheese, & fresh-baked bagels or croissants, with choice of ham, bacon or sausage.Lunch sandwiches come on white or whole wheat, choice of ham, turkey, tuna or chicken salad, including chips and a pickleThe prices are very cheap, the quality is very high.Parking: Lots of parking behind tge building.

Donuts are still the best, however if you order the breakfast sandwiches with cheese, they throw them in the microwave to melt the cheese ? ? hmmm cost $5.25/sandwich

We were so disappointed with this place. Doughnuts tasted old and dried. The place looked dirty and gross. The lady working behind the counter was extremely grumpy. Coffee was ok. Doughnuts were cheap but I guess you get what you pay for!

Excellent price! The people are friendly and the building is centrally located close to downtown Bradenton.

The service is lifeless. No smiles. You can tell they hate being there. All staff in a bad mood. Donuts have gotten smaller. Very sad to see this once loved place go down hill.

Great donuts, great service and great prices. Delicious!!! Go early for the best variety. Outside is deceptive. Inside is a great little donut shop.

Great donuts always fresh and very affordable. I would recommend to anyone looking for fresh donuts

The donuts are Fantastic . DO NOT order a breakfast sandwich. They are microwaved soggy. Not the best kindest welcoming service, so just grab your donuts and go

This was our first time here and we won't be back. We were pretty disappointed by the donuts- they weren't particularly fresh or tasty. I didn't find them to be any better than something you'd find at DD or a gas station. Service was fine, but not very friendly.

The donuts were not that good, too yeasty. Also, it was our first time visiting this establishment and we encountered a very weird interaction with the lady at the front pretty much immediately upon entering. she asked us if we were going to eat there or take our order to go. I said we would eat there and she just stared into space and didn't reply to me at all when I answered the question. So I answered again just saying "yeah, I think we will eat here." She seemed very agitated as she replied "OK well what do you want? I'm waiting for you." It was very weird and uncomfortable. We had planned on ordering coffee and staying a while but once the vibe went weird, we decided just to eat a donut real quick in a booth and skedaddle. Kind of funny that they have a sign hanging up with a tongue-in-cheek comment about irritable customers not being welcome. Maybe some people like that kind of schlick, but I don't like my food with a side of attitude.

Turner Donut Shop is located just a few blocks from LECOM Park, where the Pittsburgh Pirates play their spring training games. My son and I arrived way too early for a baseball game and found ourselves walking down 9th Avenue until we stumbled upon Turner Donut Shop. When we walked in, we were shocked to see a packed restaurant/donut shop since the streets were so empty. MENU: Turner has more than just donuts. They have a full sit down restaurant with breakfast sandwiches, bagels, coffee, and more. And the prices are SO reasonable, cheap even. DONUTS: The donuts were good, not the best I've ever had, but better than average. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Quick and friendly service for our donuts to go. Wish we would have had more time to sit down and try more items, but glad we had a chance to experience it while we were in the area.
