Absolutely delicious and unlike any other dessert. We tried the fruity pebble and cotton candy snow and my kids really enjoyed it. Of course mom tried and really liked how light and fluffy it is! Def coming back!

The best in the area, and seems to be a bit of a well hidden gem or secret amongst the locals. I drove further out from Sarasota to come check this place out after seeing their amazing menu and pictures on social media and it was worth every drop of gas. It's a boutique spin the whole crazed ice/shaved cream that has been well known in the area forever and I'm telling you they've done their absolute best and blown everyone else out of the water. The best place genuinely, hands down. I'll be coming back when i'm in the area and steering clear of everything else, vampire penguin is the new best frien

Cute place. Friendly employees. Pleasantly surprised at how good this shaved ice was. It was not your usual shaved ice. Must try! They also had espresso, bakery items like doughnuts and cookies and cakes.

This definitely isn't your typical shaved eyes. It's definitely worth a try. They have espresso machine which would be good with the fresh donuts. Seem to be some pretty nice people working there. Service was good. Nice music in the background.

Can't wait for Vampire Penguin to open! Had a sample of the delicious stacked shaved ice in double chocolate & brownie and it was so good I highly recommend it! 5 Star!!
vampire penguin: this place is DELICIOUS! their signature treat, the “vampire penguin,” is my new favorite dessert. we’ve also tried their donuts and cookies, and they’re delicious as well - the buttercream donut is seriously addictive. i don’t know her name, but i’ve always seen a younger woman with dark hair in a ponytail working there, and she is always very cheerful and helpful. (i haven’t tried uncle nick’s yet, but it’s always packed, so it must be good, too!)

A mocha coffee and a Smoreo and they were worth the money.Atmosphere:There isn't much room here but the employees have done a wonderful job of decorating the tiny space for which they have so, this gets a 5 star from us.Items Ordered:The mocha coffee with oatmilk was perfect tasting. I was disappointed to find out that they use chocolate syrup and not pure chocolate powder so I won't order this again but, that didn't stop it from tasting delicious.The Smoreo was sugar upon sugar but, I had a taste of it and it was heaven. This dessert is what I imagine other desserts wish they were before they were served to a customer. Everything from the presentation to the taste was absolutely heavenly. I don't think that I could eat a full one to myself because that would be too much sugar and too sweet but the bite I had was delicious.Cleanliness:Everything here was spotless.Service:While there isn't a lot of service, the employees were friendly and they brought the coffee and food to us.Recommended:Yes. If you have a sweet tooth or want something delicious for dessert then this is the place. I love Uncle Nick's! I go there often for a breakfast sandwich and coffee, and usually buy a few bagels to take home as well.My personal favorite is a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on a Pepperjack and Jalapeno bagel.

I love Uncle Nick’s. Whenever i visit by Grandkids I get Bagels every morning for breakfast for the family. Bagels are always fresh and I enjoy a good selection of bagels they have. The service is quick and welcoming. The owner is always so nice as well. Just a wonderful place for a quick breakfast. Highly recommend you try it you won’t be disappointed.Kid-friendliness: I have taken my grandkids and enjoy having breakfast there. My grandkids love the everything cheddar bagels. Love the pictures on the wall.
