We were visiting Florida and we don't have Waffle House in California.My son really wanted to go here and try it out. He loved it! He thought it saying " waffle house" on the waffles was so cute. The food was yummy and very affordable.

I usually shout I love Waffle House from the rooftops, but not today. Coffee was served cold, burner was off. Waitress was too busy with her granddaughter's picture day wardrobe emergency to be aware of her surroundings. I had to "scatter" my own hash browns, to mix in the burnt onion and ham. Eggs were overcooked, toast was also cold. Everything tasted like the grill hadn't been scraped in days.

The service here is really good. I saw a negative review posted a week ago that was totally unfair. I was present when this occurred and heard the servers bad mouthing their manager to other customers. They were trying to cause issues. The restaurant is run well and I'm unsure why these servers were trying to cause problems but it was clear they were trying to stir up trouble. Otherwise, I love this place and will continue to visit!

Great little spot! A bit smaller on the inside than I had expected, but still enough room even when at 75% full. Servers are behind the line and there is a small cutout near the table(facing the cooks) which is where the servers take your orders..I thought that was very clever as they do not have to come out and around to serve you! Wonderful food and super fast service! Very recommended!Pleasant staff! Update 1/24/24- it's still good but sometimes a lot of staff turnover.

The employees at this location are amazing. The manager however, is not while I am in the middle of trying to enjoy my breakfast. Justin started screaming at the employees. If this is the kind of managers you hire. I will never come back to a waffle house. After the verbal assault, these poor girls have to put a smile on their face and continue to wait on people he should be fired. I am so embarrassed for the waitresses

Came here on Christmas morning with Jeff. Boy they really had there stuff together all working hard together and I’m so appreciative that they are all here giving out the Christmas spirit to so many people. The food is good and the coffee was hot. Mostly I loved the smiles. Thank you Waffle House.

So I will say the food is always good here, the cooks are always nice and the waiters are cool. Just don't try to phone on amd order. I called several times around 630pm and got no answer. Figured they might be busy so I would go place an order in store since it's literally lake 5 min up the road for me. Got there to find two people working and the restraunt completely empty. Failed the phone while in store and heard it ring. So basically employees are just ignoring phone orders at night. This would be my one gripe I've had as I would have preferred to just pick up my food instead of waiting for it to be cooked. Also noticed there online ordering for this store was set to not currently accepting orders. It's a shame because otherwise this wafflehouse it great
