My other went to grab something quick for us to bring over my place on Friday evening. When he came over, he said that the service there at that Wendy's location isn't the best. He could barely order or get any kind of help from anyone. Yes, it's just fast food, but don't work there if you're going to say things like," Dumb people from Lakewood Ranch." You do not like your job, then quit. Many people are in need of jobs who are willing to work in your position. How do you know my other was from Lakewood Ranch? When he lives in Sarasota. Or anyone could have gotten off from the interstate for something quick to eat road traveling. And he had shown me pictures of employees that were young kids on their phones in the kitchen area... Meanwhile, they are improperly touching others' food, so the hygiene must not be of good service there. When I worked for Publix, we never could be on our phones while serving in the Deli, and it's rude when giving customer service. I have yet to go to that location but now I know I might not even go after what my other had encountered while on that trip and the manager says, "then why do you come to this location, go to another one". Because it's on the way to my place, my other said in return. He paid almost $20.00 for two people after tax. I mean for fast that's not cheap anymore these days. Even my neighbors say they don't go to that location either. It's bad management and bad hiring for the right skilled workers to work there all around. Usually, I try to leave good reviews but get one bad in the bunch. My late husband was a chef as well, for as long as our marriage 20 years, you don't treat your customers that way. Customers are the ones who pay you to stay open for business.

This place is hot garbage. Always slow and rude. Tonight I was denied a side of sour cream because I didn’t order a potato. But I did order baconater fries, which of course I want a dip. He told me the sour cream is reserved for potatoe orders only, I thought I’d seen everything. DO NOT GO

Went to the drive thru Friday night. I would like a single with no onion extra pickle. So you want a single with extra onion, and extra pickle. No! no onion, extra pickle. Ok drive thru. What did I get? Single with cheese, with onion and one pickle. WTF. How hard is it to make 1 sandwich right. Wont be back.

We were very disappointed with the hamburgers. We usually go to Culver's and we thought we'd try Wendy's. The quality is just not there. The Dave's Double had very little taste. Yuk. I won't go back. Do yourself a favor, go to Culver's.

We ordered two burgers and I couldn’t even eat mine as it was RAW on the inside. It’s been less than 30 minutes and I didn’t notice until i felt weird. No lie - my stomach hurts now.

Just tried to go to this Wendy's again. They refuse to take your order. You must use the kiosk yourself. We had a coupon which you can not do at the kiosk so we ask for help and I was told that you can't use the coupon inside only in the drive thru. We have a construction vehicle and can't use the drive thru! Why couldn't they just ring us up at the drive-thru register? That was my last time ever back to that!! This is not the first time we have had a problem at this location.

Honestly, the food just never comes out fresh. I happened to pull in at 10:30 tonight, an hour and a half before they close and the guy hits me with “we only have burgers nothing else, no fries or chicken” - It seems like he just didn’t want to cook.

HORRIBLE!!!! The order kiosk was clearly not working. I go up to the counter 2 different times. EVERYONE WORKING THERE SAW ME AND IGNORED ME!!!! Shut it down or get new management.

I have given this place it's last chance. Every time there is a problem. Dive through can take up to an hour (not an exaggeration) when you do get to the pick up window the staff act as if you're bothering them. Tonight tried and figured we would go in because the drive through line was long. Walked past the big banner that said dining room open to find the door was locked. No sign indicating a problem so I knocked on the window. The best the manager (I'm guessing it was the manager by the uniform) could do is signal the neck cut off gesture. I honestly can't believe this place is still in business. I'm guessing this is a franchise? Can't imagine a corporate store being run this way.
