I gave them a 2 star rating based on the fact the burger patty is frozen boxed patties and not fresh made to order meat patties as i had expected from a grill. I ordered a quesodilla burger well done. Everything on the burger was flavorful, but the patty itself was very course and bland. So for $13.00 I would have expected better quality meat. Your money is better spent elsewhere.

The burgers didn't disappoint as far as freshness & size. They didn't have any A-1...for an "A-1 burger" but it was still activated on the kiosk. They tell us as they serve us the burger. We spent $38 on 2 burgers, a BLT, 2 sides of fries (loaded/cheese). I thought that was a lil pricy for a grill...but you know... Supply chain shortages & inflation soooo.

This establishment keeps taking down their sign from the Health Department. Do not eat here unless you want to get sick, or have a miscarriage. There is black mold in the kitchen ehere they cook your food. Cockroaches, and other bugs. Employees are either smoking cigarettes and weed out front, while customers are in the building, or leaving smelly and leaky trash in the hallway. Proceed at your own risk. This place has had complaints over several years. Time to permanently get this place shut down.

Don’t go here unless you like being disappointed. I ordered the chicken Philly with bottled iced tea & side salad. I received a deep fried chicken tender cut into strips on a bun with tomato, no cheese. No bottled iced tea available even though I paid extra for it. No dressing offered for the sad side salad that cost $4 extra. There’s a reason the place is empty.

I haven't been here in a while.So Sad like almost everywhere ,you now use a Kiosk to Order.The food was still a great value,but I had to actually get help to order a my Favorite,the Chicago dog.My custom dog, was good,but the Chicago dog was pretty,but not a Chicago dog.I hope I can return and enjoy my favorite again soon.Kid-friendliness: Very family friendly menu combos.Chicken fingers, cheese sticksand great fries.

The smell in this establishment is awful. Obviously the owner doesn't care about his business or clean it properly. There's roaches running around the bathroom when you turn the light on. There's a leak from the soda fountain that the owner neglects to fix, so you're swishing around in wet carpet. Might as well just close the doors. if the front house of that establishment is that awful imagine what the kitchen looks like. People might actually get sick eating here. If I could give this 0 stars I would, avoid at all costs!!!

Definitely returning for a summer fun meal and movie here at their Brandon location. Thank you for the pleasant experience!

I had a Buffalo chicken sandwich with cheese fries. My bf had a burger and fries and we thought they were both amazing! Really good food along with quick service . I was just expecting to not catch the imax movie but because of the fast service we made our movie with time time to spare!!We will definitely be back

I really don't know what all these 1 star reviews are talking about but I had an EXCELLENT experience. The guy in the back cooking was really nice and the food was to perfection. I will most DEFINITELY be coming back just because of him.
