Ordered from here a few times. Food was decent until today when I found GLASS in my food. Tried to call the restaurant but all the phone does is ring and ring. I ordered through Uber Eats so I did get my money back, will never order from here again. Save yourself and never order from here either. There was 4 chicken tenders in the order, I finished 1 chicken tender before picking up the next one and seeing the glass. Needless to say I'm disgusted and thankful I didn't swallow it.

Very disappointed.. my office has ordered food from here before but this time was terrible! They didn't deliver fries or any sauces that were supposed to be on our buffaloed fries. & they gave us old spoiled tzatziki sauce for our gyro! Absolutely Disgusting!!!

I literally watched this place make a rapid decline and needless to say the pandemic did not help this business at all. The restaurant always had questionable cleanliness but now it's like they're like bleep it. No table is ever clean. Today was the final visit that did it for me. The worker who was basically the chef, cashier, and everything is the same guy who prepared the food last visit looks like he's living off the streets ( to be clear this is not okay when working with food). I went to use the bathroom and wash my hands and didn't enter and instead went to TJ Maxx's cleaner bathrooms. Big city grills was filled with yellow urine that looked to had been there a while. Now, this place looked like it hadn't had much business earlier on this Monday so my only guess is that it was the employees who I envisioned probably urinated throughout the day without hand washing. I'm only speculating and cannot prove that was the case all I have to say is you would have had to be there and trust me take heed to this review. Well, bottom line is a few gnats were in the bag with the food . Y'all have to do better Big city grill.

How can you screw up a chili cheese dog? By not putting the cheese on it. Also auto order system is clumsy and not user friendly Wont be back

The owner sucks. Called to place and order and gives me the run around. Places me on hold for over 12 min. Calls back and gets told he’s too busy with orders that are in person to help me. Lost $90 worth of an order I took to Westshore Pizza. They answered the phone and had their delicious food to me quick. I will never order here again. I have ordered two times previous. They messed up my order both times by adding things I asked to not have like jalapeño.

One of the best burgers I've ever had and I'm not even big on eating red meat. Their customer service was great and they were quick, it literally took no more than 10 minutes. I was in and out, I definitely recommended them to my friends. I'll definitely have to make another stop when I come back to Tampa.

Went to this place tonight to give it a try and as I was ordering my food on the kiosk tablet a roach walked up to me .... right there on the counter... gross! Needless to say I walked out of there.

Got pick-up today (not realizing there is no curbside available) and no employees were wearing masks. Made me ver uncomfortable and couldn’t get out of their fast enough. Fortunately, the food was good, but I will be going elsewhere during the pandemic.

Always get lunch or dinner from here love that they have a little bit of everything from fries(preferably loaded) hotdogs, burgers, salads, wings etc. they always come out fresh too I recommend picking it up vs ordering thru Grubhub and what why just cause you won't get your food as fresh as if your were to pick it up yourself I've been going to them for 3+ years and never been disappointed manager and crew and super nice and welcoming!! I'll never stop coming here to be honest
