Went in Saturday afternoon (3/2/2024) after placing my mobile order. When I arrived, the drive through line already had five cars in front of me. What was weird was that the line NEVER MOVED after fifteen minutes. The front car driver would say something to the speaker, but she never got to move up. Several cars started to pull out of the line and people started walking into the restaurant. After another five minutes, I did the same and parked my car and walked into the restaurant.When I walked in, there was only a register open. The line was predictably long, but the cashier would leave for several minutes at a time, before finally returning to take a single order. The manager kept arguing with customers saying that they were short staffed and there was nothing that she could do.I ended up waiting about forty minutes before getting my order. Of course, the fries didn't have any salt on them. This location always "forgets" to salt their fries, and hates to give out ketchup packets.

I got a combo whopper, Junior meal medium size. It was supposed to be a medium fry. It was a small fry and then when I drank this Coke, I got did not taste like Coke taste like carbonation.

Horrible service and food for the price spent.... they need to do readjustment of management the white lady was extremely rude and used her hands for everything then touched food without washing her hands and touching her hair ...tok a picture of the wrap we ordered that she wasn't trying to give our money back for just not sure how to post image to this review

For Starters I am a lover of Burger King, but on this experience I have to ask is it customary to serve patrons that chose to dine at this particular Burger King in the early morning COLD FOOD. The lady at the register knew it was cold and by the time we drove off, I chose to be the bigger person and not go back because she had the look of someone that is confrontational. My fully loaded Croissant meal was a true dissapoinment and a horrible start to my day. Burger King You should know better. If the worker did not want to be there, she should have just stayed home instead of taking out on paying customers that wanted to start their day off with a hot meal but instead giving food that may have been left out, because I don't see any other reason to have received COLD FOOD. EAT at your own Risk. I did not eat mine, because if a person is that bold to serve COLD FOOD, what else is she willing to do to a customer's food, because of what ever issues she is having. SMH

My husband went inside to place an order to go for my husband and I and our 4 grandkids. He double checked the kid's food and saw a burger was missing. Girl had attitude when she gave it to him. Then when we got home the bun on one of their sandwiches was moldy. Will never go back. Please check your food!

I come to this location for breakfast often. I am really over that they make you wait at the first drive thru window with no one in front of you or with no one behind you make you pull up by the side door so they can make their numbers to corporate look good. The point of the timer is to not make customers wait like this location does. Do Better BK
