I used to work here like two years ago worst mistake of my life. The lady breakfast manager gave me a hard time when I first started working there, I was having mental breakdowns and only one person cared about what was going on with me. Since I’m a nice person I don’t like giving bad reviews but when I went back to get some lunch, the service there was not good I waited so long for two things, and they don’t even care. Don’t go to this Burger King save yourself a headache

BEWARE OF YOUR FOOD! I ordered 3 original chicken sandwichs. Mold on the tops of all 3, plus a Jr whopper . The rest of the order was cold. Makes me wonder if I already ate some of their moldy food before now.

Very bad attention I received today, I bought a family bundle and first tried to buy through the drive thru, there was no one attending, I was about 5 minutes calling and no one answered, I decided to buy inside the restaurant, the burgers were too full of mayonnaise, the manager was the one who gave me the food, an older man, I asked him if he could give me some BBQ and he told me that each one cost me 25 cents, that is, they had never charged me for the sauces and even less after buying a family bundle I do not recommend that Burger King

When I came in today to order some food I was greeted by the cashier which was very nice I felt welcomed they took my order and repeated it back to me to make sure everything was correct on top that I didn't have to wait long my food hot and delicious i will be coming thanks BK.Vegetarian options: The impossible whopper is amazing.

I ordered DoorDash from here multiple times and I guess that’s my fault for continuously being an idiot by ordering from the worst possible Burger King in the area. I ordered mozzarella sticks and they did not put them in my bag once again they also didn’t leave me a straw, but they did leave me a marinara sauce for my mozzarella sticks that were not put in the bag, now they’re not answering their phone. And I have to go through all this headache to get a refund or my mozzarella sticks. It may sound petty to most, but this is absolutely ridiculous. I unfortunately cannot drive a vehicle due to personal issues of epilepsy and I just wanna completely disrespectful and complete disregard for others. I hope upper management reads this, so they understand the lack of employees they have there they just don’t care it’s a disgrace and if I could drive believe me, I would be up there getting my mozzarella sticks but I had to pay $30 for a whopper meal, onion rings, and mozzarella sticks from DoorDash, not to mention I don’t even have my mozzarella sticks and that’s what I was looking forward to the most. This place has my blood boiling right now and I really hope they do the right thing.

Worst Burger King EVER! Pulled up to the window, only ordered a large fry, one small fry with 2 cups of water. I paid the cashier and he told me to sit there and he’ll tell me when it’s okay to pull up. I thought that was real weird so I waited but I asked why they do it that way and he responded with, that’s the way they want it to be up there, pointing to the next window. After about 4 minutes I got the ‘go ahead!’ The guy at the next window handed me the fries then a tiny cup of water and when he went to hand me the second tiny cup I asked him for a larger cup, he said, “I’ll have to charge you a dollar! I said, are you serious? He was not very nice and he said yes, I told him I was already calling corporate for having to wait back there until I got permission to pull up and he said sure go ahead, real cocky tone! This is the WORSE Burger King I’ve ever gone to. In Riverview, they don’t run their business like that, never! I’ll never go to this place again!! ??

If I could give a zero I would. I was nothing but kind and patient when ordering my food. I wasn't aware that you needed to let the employee know of a coupon before heading to the first window. I haven't been to a Burger King in years and only reason I went is was because my son wanted Burger King due to this coupon. As soon as I made it to the first window I then told the employee that I would like to use the coupon. Her response was "you didn't say it at the speaker?" (With an attitude) and I responded and said no I'm sorry I didn't know. She snatched the coupon, stared at me with a straight pause, full face of attitude and rolled her eyes. Sighed and then said " ughhh now I have to get a manager." This is unacceptable, extremely rude and not to mention I said nothing for this employee to be so nasty. I guarantee you if she was on the other side she would've wanted to use a coupon too. She clearly hates her job and doesn't know the true meaning of customer service. If you don't like your job that much, find a new one! Your the one who chose to work there. Maybe she had a bad day but that doesn't mean to take it out on the next person because of her own personal problems, especially when the customer was nothing but polite at first. As she went to grab another employee to fix the transaction, the other gentleman was quite Pleasant he was older and obviously trying to cover up for the other girls behavior. The older gentleman did advise me that for future purchases if I have a coupon to notify them while I make my order. Not like I will be going back but at least he knew how to speak to people. I wasn't given a receipt and that too was probably to make sure I didn't know the rude employees name. Overall, It was probably THE ABSOLUTE WORST drive thru experience I've ever had & I'll never go back to the Bloomingdale burger king location EVER again. I've also wrote a complaint to the corporate office and google. Someone needs to go in there and correct some of their staff's behavior or maybe do a clean sweep and find people who actually know how & what it means to work in the food industry. The fries were cold and food in general wasn't hot. Terrible terrible service.

I ordered on the mobile app. At pickup I was told the food needed to be made to pull to the front. The food came out less than 5 minutes later. It was hot, fresh and tasted great. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was there were employees standing outside the back door smoking. This made me immediately feel like a bother when I pulled up to the speaker and a couple of you had to go inside to help. I prayed you all had class and dignity while handling my food lol seems like you did so thank you!

This burger king is the worst. It's a shame that it's the most convenient stop for me when I need a quick breakfast. Several times they've been out of things or couldn't accept anything but cash. Last time that happened there wasn't even an apology. On top of that the employees are not very friendly...Having worked at food service for a while, I suspect a lot of this has to do with the management. Bad management bakes for a bad work environment.I'm going to be giving my business to the taco bell next door. Don't know why I didn't do so sooner.
