I came to the mall today with my son and daughter, and he wanted to get Charley's grilled subs. He went over and ordered the Chicken Califotnia meal with a large starbweery lemonade. It was quick, and they got him in and out fast for our to go order. We normally eat at Charley's when we go to the mall beaches they are always consistent with their food! I haven't had a bad experience yet. Sometimes, the lines get long, but you just have to be patient. It is located in the food court near the middle when you walk in.

Every time I come to Charley’s I have a good experience, today was horrible, and WILL NOT! I ordered two combos, which are supposed to come with fries and a drink $20 and some change. When I finished I asked her can I get my drink and she looked surprised and said I didn’t order a drink, but I specifically told her what I wanted and she clearly didn't understand. Then the manager came up and SNATCHED the receipt out of my hand and said “Like yeah she rang you up for two combos and with one fries and a drink.” Again, I know what I stated and what I ordered. It was clear she didn’t understand, the manager said “Well this is what she rang you up for” and still was going to charge me for the mistake that HIS employee made. I didn’t even have in me to argue back and I was not about to hold the line. I left with a messed-up order altogether, including the sandwhich order!

Everything‘s excellent!the cheesesteaks are so good I just tried the buffalo chicken cheesesteak, delicious, and I ordered the mozzarella sticks which were nice and thick and had great cheese pulls. This place is awesome.!! this will definitely be my go to for Philly cheesesteaks for sure.

The Manager for the Brandon location inside Walmart is very rude. He gave me 3 cold fries and when I said something about it he said I complain all the time when I buy there, which is a lie because this is the first time he's ever served me and I've never had an issue before. Our food was so stinking good! We will be back! I regret not getting the Strawberry Lemonade but it gives me more reason to come back.
I usually love Charley's great food! But this location dropped the ball hard. Orded online went up to an employee and they told me to go stand in the line. After 20 mintues we finally reached the register they handed us our food. Got home it was all incorrect. I will never go to this location agin.
