First time at Chilis and my experience was not so good. They never brought us the chips and salsa, we had to ask for it. Afterwards we asked for the menu to be brought to us again and the waitress arrived with a very bad attitude. Anyway, I don't think I'll come back, or maybe it was just bad luck.

ROACH!! Sad to say because I’ve been coming here for a long time, had a friend come join us for our dinner. Pic included, we paid and left. Coming from a former pest technician, if you see roaches in the dining room. They are most definitely in the kitchen, stay away.

Server never returned to ask for if anything was needed and never got a refill on our drinks. Salsa was watery.

The food was good but the waitress oh boy. She would disappear. We sat there 10 minutes before we got waited on. She took our order and then someone else brought it out. Asked for a new bottle of ketchup as ours ran out. Never got it. Asked 3 times for a drink refill. Finally got it. It took over 5 minutes to get to go boxes. Waited another 10 minutes or so to be able to pay. I wanted a receipt but she never showed up. Will never go again. Sad thing they weren't even busy.

January 11@2 pm went to chili's for lunch with my husband and young daughter. The manager seated us. The waitress was nice. I had the 6oz sirloin. But grossest thing happened after I had ate up most of it....there was hair encrusted in the meat! My husband showed the waitress. The manager came over, dryly gave us something resembling a poor Apology. Which gave me the impression he was used to this happening there frequently.
