The food is amazing, of course. Flavors actually seem a little better at this location than most, I don’t know if it’s the right salt amount or what but it’s all awesome. Their manager is also an angel. I have allergies and she has her eyes on everything, and truly cares about and values her customers. You can feel it. I wish I did a better job learning her name. Thank you for creating a comfortable environment for me. I also wish I had been in the right headspace in the store to thank you to the degree I should have - very few people nowadays show compassion in public, and you reminded me today that we are all in this together. Thank you so much for being you.

Worst service I’ve ever received at a Chipotle. The girl with the glasses who served me had the WORST attitude and energy, she visibly rolled her eyes at me when I asked for a simple order of fajita veggies. I felt angry and disgraced by her negativity and unwelcome at this Chipotle.
Well this is a tough review to write as Chipotle is my daughter’s favorite. Friday 3/15, ordered kids tacos with chicken, rice and cheese. Little did we know a few days later she’d be in the hospital with food poisoning.Obviously a huge statement to make but the fact is, it’s not my favorite so I ate at Popeyes next to it and got her Chipotle, otherwise from that morning on we’ve had exactly the same thing to eat for all meals/snacks, yes we’re like that as she is an athlete and we eat almost the same.She’s home now and getting better but needless to say I think it’s obvious why there’s a 1 star rating.

This one is the worst. We waited in line for more than 30 minutes. There was only one person working the line. The manager on staff was no help....too busy on his cell phone and when he did work, it was to refill the items on the line but he was slow at doing that. There was no sense of urgency being that the line was extremely long. There were times when he could have jumped on the line and helped but didn't. I want to give big compliment to the guy that worked the line by himself. I did not get his name but he has golds in his mouth. He remained professional and polite during a time busy time with no help.
