Gave this one 1 star if I could give a negative I would. First of all there was 1 person ahead of us and he stood there for like 5 minutes and walked away there were 3 people working. Then we waited NOT 1 PERSON said hello to us completely ignored us didn't take our order. I literally stood there also for about 5 minutes and not one person asked to take my order. It's a small stand alone Cinnabon so why were they rude and not acknowledging us or the customer before us. It was crazy. They completely just ignored us. So we left. Horrible horrible experience

This is by far the worst ran restaurant I've ever seen in my entire life. Every time I go there they're either completely out of everything. Once I went there in the middle of the day on a Saturday and there was literally no one there. The employees are extremely rude. They're also extremely lazy. I just went to get a regular Cinnabon Roll and they're completely out. Mind you they don't close for close to two hours from now. This is place is a joke. I'll never go back there again. It's no worth all the frustration.

I am appalled by the service and attitude of the 2 employees working the stand on September 19, 2023, around 4pm. Almost everything in the case was empty or stale. They had sloppily hand written signs about, saying they do not have the "packs". But after conversing, it turns out they have the boxes, they just have none filled. After asking for a 4 pack of the only thing they had ready, (because anything else was going to take over 45 minutes to be ready), I was told they can't do that because they have none ready. If I want a "4 pack" they would have to be individually boxed and priced at single item pricing. I asked them why they couldn't take what they had and just simply put it into a pack and charge me that way, and the inability or unwillingness to understand my point and the brazen rudeness was abhorrent. The other employee, with customers about loudly exclaiming she's going to go sit down for 10 minutes while everything is empty and stale was crazy to me. I've spent a lot of time working in service, and I never would dream od treating customers this way or behaving in such a manner infront of customers. I've never done this, but even a day later I'm still really bothered by their attitude. They should be unemployed, and the owner of this stand should consider hiring people who care, or having someone who can supervise.

The young man working at around 4-5 on the 8th of September was great. He has a calm and kind demeanor. Thank you. Such great customer service. I can see him being a top selling server at a top Tampa restaurant making thousands a week!

Cinnabons are delicious BUT I almost cancelled my order after I saw how disgusting the work area is kept. The iPad for transactions has layers of gunk on it that the employees were touching with ungloved hands. The entire counter space where you pay is disgusting and dirty. I’ve never seen such a gross area where food is kept and served. This place needs a major cleaning?

Visited bakery at Brandon Town Center and attempted to use rewards coupon and cashier told us that no coupons are processed or accepted at the bakery itself. Cashier reported that the store manager instructed them that customers are only able to use all coupons for ONLY online pickup orders.Not happy and will not recommend others to visit their bakeries.
