One of the best run cold stones Iv encountered. The staff was over the top helpful when helping me pick a custom cake which turned out awesome. Also The ice cream bar was notably clean so I ordered a cup on the way out.

Getting Ice cream can be such an impromptu activity. I came here after 2P on a Monday after experiencing an afternoon of car trouble because we know ice cream makes everything better. With no crowd, we took our time ordering and even ate inside which is a rarity since the table is usually always occupied. The manager seemed to be training a new hire, so he was thorough and didn't miss a beat during our encounter from Order to Check Out. This made for an optimal experience as you can imagine lol this location has always been our Go-To in good and bad times and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

I have been here several times and the way these kids treated fellow employees was unreal and no manager to be found. they also act like they are in a hurry and ignored me while chatting amongst themselves. the young man was the only one making me stay. I also asked for upper management and was told "I am the manager" by a young lady. will be going to corporate and start going to the cold stone in valrico off Lithia

Place is good but no tables and chairs to sit and eat your treat need more then one table and chair if can’t have cause place is small then find and better location

They serve a huge variety of ice cream choices. You can also make your own concoctions. Customer service is great and helpful. The store is clean and organized.

We had the most amazing service experience! I think her name was Annalise that helped us but all three workers were on their game!! The Line was long because it was Sunday and they still answered every customer’s questions including ours and kept their hands and the line moving at the same time. So often when places have a line the workers seem stressed and overwhelmed but not these three! They made it look like a walk in the park, all the while keeping a smile on their faces. Thanks for the awesome service experience and the ice cream speaks for itself!!
