Took us about 15 minutes after we ordered to receive our food and we were the only people in there... Started going here when I was a kid back in the '70s it definitely isn't run like it used to be...Parking lot was empty when we pulled up that tells you a lot..
There is inconsistency on the items and how they are made. Sometimes there is a bunch of teens goofing off and not paying attention to the customers. Shakes are made wrong, no whip cream as ordered, vanilla ice cream instead of chocolate or make just a sticky dripping cup being passed out the window. However, there are times you have very attentive employees that are spot on with accuracy, so you never know what to expect.
