Ordered a medium normal crust pizza with extra pepperoni on half of the pie and extra sauce on full pie plus extra cheese. Pizza was very dry, must have used a brush to apply the sauce, hard to find it. There was certainly no extra pepperoni or cheese. This was our second time for this place and we are now done.

The manager is extremely rude. They were 30 minutes late with my order. I was picking up and stood there for 30 minutes. They didn’t cook it well done and they didn’t put any of the toppings I paid for on it. To add insult to injury, you get a free pizza if they don’t deliver it to your car within 2 minutes. They stopped the timer 4 minutes prior to actually bringing my pizza out. When I said something to the person giving me my pizza he said it was because someone else signed out and he signed in but he would walk in there with me to speak with his manager and his manager lied and said they stopped the timer when he came out. The guy who brought the pizza said “I just brought it to him and he showed me the timer was stopped 4 minutes ago” and the manager still wouldn’t honor the free pizza. She was extremely rude and unwilling to understand the frustration between having to wait an extra 30 minutes and then getting ripped off from a free pizza because she wanted to stop the timer sooner than she should have.

I had not ordered from Domino's in a long time because of poor quality & service, but decided maybe with time things changed...THEY DIDN'T. Ordered mid-afternoon for a 6:30 p.m. delivery. Delivery was not until 6:51 and Pizza was cold. I had received a text from Driver 20 min before delivery saying she was in the neighborhood. Well, apparently not because once you turn into my neighborhood I'm 5th house down. I spent too much money for what I received....going to call the store to ask for money back (especially the tip I gave). Also NO pepperoni in the cheesy bread.

10/10 so good??purchased a chicken Alfredo bread bowl, Philly cheese steak loaded tater tots, and a large pizza. Everything was fresh and yummy! Great service!
Worst service ever. Just waited almost 2 hrs for NO PIZZA!!!! Went to pick it up at the time given & they said it would be at least 30 mins. Go back 30 mins later & they hadn't even started making it. Said there was a mix up & it'd be at least another 30 mins. Go back in 30 minutes later, STILL hadn't started making it. Said forget it & will NEVER come back to this worthless place.

I ordered a pizza at 9:25 they said it it’ll be at my house by 9:47 to 9:57 when the delivery driver got here it was 10:30 and my pizza was cold. There literally 3 min from my house.

A few years ago Domino's redid everything and came out with the phenomenal menu, great tasting and good value. That is not the case today, portions have gone down while prices have gone way up and they pay no attention to instructions on online orders.

Ordered at 4:15 pm it said it would be ready by 4:34 we go to the store and they were just standing doing anything , they said it would be a 40 minute wait cause it was “one of these days here at dominos” the only solution, we can cancel the order of you want to. Horrible service
