We would like to recommend proper re-training of your staff, so that they understand how incredibly rude it is and know better than to hang up on a repeat customer. We were being very reasonable in our request and the store was not yet closed: we asked to pick up the item they missed in our order after she confirmed they indeed had it in stock. Instead, we got the following response from her: “Well I’m not the one that made your sandwich” (correct, no one did or we would have receive it). Then she proceeded to say we are closed and rudely hung up the phone. For reference, it was around 1:50pm and we were literally down the street. Completely unacceptable and lack of any etiquette. This took place with whoever the woman was on the closing shift Saturday March 9 2024. Please train your staff and reconsider keeping them around if their actions aren’t true to your brand.And please, don’t suggest for us to reach out via your website; a) we’ve already done that already, and b) this issue should truly be addressed by your store manager/leadership directly.

I was impressed by Einstein Bros this morning! The service was very friendly; our dog was in the car and they gave her dog bagels and whipped cream. The service was also fast.You can get a box of bagels from here, which is a really good deal. Most of the bagels are good, but the real star of the show is the cream cheese. They all had good flavor! Overall, would recommend Einstein Bros.
Crazy good bagels and orange juice and cream cheese or shmear as they call it. The nova lox is great and so are the wraps. The coffee is solid but not over the top. Fast enough kine good seating. Bathroom is mostly clean. Friendly staff. Busy drive thru. A little pricey but great bagels demand such revenue. Good enough area. Like it here will be back.Parking: 20 spots more or less

If you want decent bagels and customer service, go to Brandon Bagels literally a minute down the road. Family owned and good customer service, plus you'll actually get decent cream cheese on your bagel. This location has steadily gone downhill. We ordered bagels and cream cheese and when we got home, the cream cheese that we paid for was missing. My mom was left on hold for the entire 15 minutes it took to drive back for something we paid for, and the manager Chris was so rude to her. If yall didn't know (we didn't) Einstein's was bought out by Panera and it explains everything with their quality, and you can't get ahold of corporate to let them know. Have fun running this location into the ground Chris ? we'll spend our money elsewhere.

I always get pretty good service here. They are often quick and efficient. I don't have any complaints about this particular location. They can get pretty busy at times but that just means they have good food, give them some grace when they get busy. I love their Lox bagels but definitely get it toasted.

The man that took our order was incredibly rude from the very beginning of the interaction. Any time we asked questions about the menu he was audibly sighing into the microphone and giving us attitude with every response as if every question was an inconvenience to him. If you’re being attended to by a tall white male with his pants sagged below his butt, he’s probably having a bad day, and you’ll probably end up paying for his inability to control his feelings. Never coming back to this awful spot in on Brandon Blvd and Kings
