The philly sandwich was fire! ? The meat had great flavor and veggies were cooked to perfection. And it was the first philly that I preferred the cheese sauce over actually cheese melted on it. The meat had great flavor and didn't rely on everything else to make it good. The bread was a perfect balance of toasty and squishy! Man these guys got it nailed! From the fries to the sandwich! The homemade cheese sauce was out of this world! The cheesesteak and every ingredient was perfection! I hope everyone gets the chance to enjoy this place! My compliments to the chef and everyone who had a part in the process. P.S. I left the unused ketchup packets on the table. Didn't need them! I'm coming for a Ruben next!
