Ever since the GM retired, and has been gone, this place has gone down hill. Went there for “lunch” and after standing in a maze of a line for 10-15mins, we get to the counter to order our sandwiches, to be told they are not making any sandwiches, because of Easter on SUNDAY! The least they could have done is put a sign on the door, or a sign outside the store or something, so us and a couple of other people in line didn’t waste our time.

If you never tried honey baked ham, you are missing out.. I highly recommend it.The ham is perfectly smoked with a nice sweet glaze on it, but not overly sweet.My family and I buy 2 half hams every year.

Everything was delicious, They ran out of 8lb hams, so they offered us a 10lb ham with no upcharge. The food was great and very easy to warm up. Made Christmas dinner a breeze.

Been shopping this store for years and this time the only way to get presliced is to order online for which I tried and sliced was not an option. I went to the store and waited in line and when I got to the counter the cashier was very rude in telling me I had to order it online. I stated it didn’t offer the option to order it, she said in a very rude way if it’s not an option we don’t have it. Very pissed I left vowing to never return. I went online and found a store 18 miles from my house and that’s where I will be shopping from now on. I’ve been shopping this location for 10+yrs and never had to order pre sliced. If the rules are changing it would be nice if you would let us know. There was an employee at the entrance that didn’t say anything about it. I work way too hard for my money to spend it at a place that hires immature employees. Customer service is the way to go right now especially with all the price increases. Update: The manager called me personally and apologized for my bad experience and said she would fix the problem. I appreciate the way she handled this matter and willing to continue to shop there.

Organized (chaos) to a science. These young ladies at the counter had EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING moving so smoothly and never missed the order of next guest and never missed a beat. It's like that of watching a ballet or high caliber stage production/performance. It might sound like a bit much or exaggerative or even corny of me to say but I truly say that w belief and conviction. If you doubt me, go check them out during their busy season and these ladies are on point, no doubt. You can't beat the quality of service from any other competitors, I GUARANTEE IT. I know because I've moved around and lived in different cities and country towns from coast to coast to Gulf coast, so I'm not just talking out the side of my neck.
