Don't order from here. They will forget items in your delivery and then refuse to refund the item not delivered and they refused to bring the items they left out. I now have to go through my bank to dispute part of the charge.

Delivery tonight. Got order wrong. Didn't have sub sauce or lettuce and tomato with sub. Ordered pasta with meatballs. Didn't have meatballs. Third time we have ordered from here and the order was wrong. This time we called, no one spoke but did hang up the phone. It's not worth ordering from this location.

I believe the she was the manager very rude ! Food under cooked nowhere to sit . Won’t be back put her hands in my food when I mentioned that they gave me the wrong dipping sauce for my wings.
I have loved Hungry Howie’s my entire childhood. Every time you’d order the special crust they would nail it. And the pepperoni used to be so crispy on top of the cheese. But the past 2 times I’ve ordered pizza from this specific location this not been the case. I’m okay with a long delivery or even cold pizza. But the past 2 pizzas I ordered were ordered the same way, the way I’ve always eaten it. Xtra sesame seed crust with extra pepperoni on regular sauce. But they started putting the pep. Under the cheese. They don’t get crispy and the time before that they took over na hour to deliver 5 mins. Drive away. And forgot sesame seeds. Very disappointing when a franchise I’ve respected since childhood starts representing bad pizza. Hopefully this isn’t a corporation wide change

Dirty and grimy just like the managers. Manager Naomi had attitude from the beginning, the pizza was undercooked, the bread was burnt and inedible, also completely messed up our wing order and sauce choice. Kept sarcastically saying “Happy New Year” over us trying to explain the situation and get a refund. To put it blatantly we do not think she is fit for management and will contact corporate. If I could give zero stars I would.

I’ve been going here for years this specific location and never had the issue I had tonight. Manager Naymi was rude told me I could bring my pizza in to get it remade correctly after they messed up. I bring my pizza in then they tell me they can’t remake it bc it was eaten even tho I told the manager it was. They don’t care wouldn’t offer a refund or no item to compensate after I just gave them everything back is when they gave me a refund back. Absolutely disappointed

I paid for a tractor trailer full grease! There is way too much grease on this pizza!!!! Does Hungry Howies want to send their customers to the ER or even worse. I wasted my money on nothing but a bunch of grease/oil!!! Even the kids are complaining about it. Never again. I'll stick with Papa John's. As the saying goes you get what you pay for I pissed off I wasted my money of this and I can't even eat. Have to throw it in the garbage!! I feel like taking it back and get my money back!!
