We recently visited Jersey Mike's Subs in Brandon after a successful shopping spree at Costco.Upon entering, we were warmly greeted by the friendly staff, setting the tone for a positive dining experience. Having heard great things about Jersey Mike's, our expectations were high, and we were not disappointed.After perusing the menu, we opted for the Portobello Mushroom & Swiss and the Big Kahuna Chicken Sandwich. The service was prompt, and our sandwiches were soon in front of us.The Big Kahuna Chicken Sandwich was an absolute delight. The generous portion of chicken was perfectly cooked, and the combination of flavors was simply mouthwatering. It's safe to say; that this sandwich exceeded our expectations.Next up was the Portobello Mushroom & Swiss Sandwich. Packed with flavorful portobello mushrooms and oozing with Swiss cheese, this sandwich was a savory masterpiece. Great location sandwiched between a plaza with other great shops and stores and walking distance from Costco. There's plenty of parking. Though the parking lot can be quite busy and chaotic. It's a chain sandwich shop but they are consistent and quite efficient. The place is always clean. The staff are welcoming and inviting. They will usually stop what they are doing and greet you with a warm smile. I was there mid afternoon, right before the lunch hour rush and was quite surprise that it was empty. Yet there was quite a few orders already made and prepared. Seems many ordered ahead of time online, like myself so it was a quick pickup. Definitely recommend ordering ahead of time, saves you time and well the staff too. When I got home I found my "The Original Italian" sandwich was made perfectly, a bit heavy handed with the vinegar but it was tasty. I didn't give a 5 rating only because it didn't knock me out of the park but it was good.

Got a Tuna sub to go. Got home and took a bite and almost choked to death. There had to have been an entire shaker of pepper dumped in the tuna. Not even edible. See pic.

I ordered too long, Italian sandwiches, one with extra pickle and one with light mustard but when we got home, there was no extra pickle and the mustard was pouring out of my sandwich. We drove 30 minutes to Brandon to get the sandwich after doctoring our sandwich up. I felt that it was unfair for the amount that I pay $40 for two sandwiches and I get what I wanted, it’s questionable if I come there again, but I feel that you all need to know what’s going on.

You not tryina make fresh bacon? It’s been sitting there for 7 hrs
My husband loves their subs. Me, they are OK. Very few toppings to choose from, no black olives or garlic pickles. Took a few minutes for employees to acknowledge me when I walked in. They were all standing around talking to each other. Took 3 different employees to to do one sub. Price a little steep for me, especially since they have few toppings to choose from. I can take it or leave it.

Easy to place order through drive thru and for pick up through phone. Area around restaurant is clean of debris. The employees are always polite. My favorite is the Italian sub. They always load it with meat and taste great. The prices are reasonable compared to other sub restaurants. I've gone here three times and have had a consistently good experience, and it's always a delicious sub.

I have no problem paying a premium to have food delivered but I just paid $20 for a sandwich that I didn't order. They ignored every customization I selected on the app. It feels like if you're not there to babysit the food being prepared, they just don't care.
