Always good...never disappointed. Sandwiches are so fresh, generous toppings. Employees are professional and friendly. Restaurant is very clean. Seating out front, inside, and out back there is an additional patio.

Manager is pretty cool, I used to frequent this place and I’ve had a few friends who’ve worked here. Philly is the way to go, but they have plenty of delicious options. Much better than jimmy johns, firehouse, and subway.

Food was ready when I arrived after ordering in the app. Delicious. The bread is nice and soft, not crusty and dry like many Cuban breads. The flavors combined well and the meat is quality.

Food is good quality but they never get my Uber eats order right. Pretty easily laid out in the order the toppings and my sub comes with completely different toppings. Probably won’t be ordering Uber eats from this store in future.
I paid $15 for a fast food salad, that included paying for extra meat and cheese and I requested condiments on the side. I got none of that and had to come back for the condiments, they wouldn't give the extra meat / cheese I paid for. This is the 3rd time in a row I've had a problem with this location, I'm not coming

I went to this Jersey Mikes for the first time tonight and it was such a great experience! It was so refreshing to see “normal” employees. They actually smiled and talked to me. They answered my questions without acting like I was bothering them. And, overall offered excellent customer service. Whoever does the hiring for this restaurant does a great job!

I have been seeing the Jersey Mike's Philly cheese steak adds on TV when watching college basketball men's games. So, I went over the the location that recently opened near my house to get one. But, they wanted $16.95 for a full sized sub! I told the guy behind the counter that I wasn't going to pay that much and walked out. I don't know how they stay in business.
