Went last night around 9:40 to grab a quick pizza and breadsticks and they said it would be 10 or so min to get a fresh one so I decided to wait. After 10 min I go to pay and he hands me my food and I realized I didn't order the breadsticks, I ask if I can get 2 of them (they're already made and in view) and he tells me hold on. He asks his manager and comes back and says my manager said no more orders. I say, even to just ring me out for these 2 breadsticks? Ya, no. I can't. I'm like ok. So I ask what time they close.? He says he doesn't really know. I look at the time it's 10:01. I said wow he's a stickler huh? Got home and he gave me cheese when I ordered and paid for Pepperoni.

Went in today around 730ish to grab some pizza’s and the young lady screamed at the top of her lungs “there’s 40 minute wait just so you all know”…. Very rude and off putting. Took my money to Marco’s!!!

The dough was overproofed by days. The managers didn’t want to see the picture and didn’t want to do anything for me. Imagine eating something that taste like yeast. I had receipt and picture. Poor customer service. You deserve less than a 1

This location has been going down hill for awhile. The management is rude and lacks people skills, the staff in general isn’t trained in customer service at all. I’ve had several poor experiences, the pizza being stale or unsatisfactory has been ongoing.
