Food was sitting out a while and soaked in oil. Just was not fresh at all. Definitely would not come back. I appreciate the "healthier" menu, but it was not good. I would go to Cava next time. Staff were friendly tho!

The food did not look too appetizing but I had a coupon so I figured I would give it a try due to the good reviews. I should've passed. Everything was cokd,hard and tasteless. I was really shocked because I expected much more according to the reviews.I visited at 12 noon on Wednesday so no reason for the food to look like its been sitting out for hours. I'm just happy that I didn't pay full price. I will not be back. Especially with Cava being so close. I will say that the service was very good though. The lady that assisted me was super friendly and helpful. The restaurant was empty which should have been a clue. Oh well. You live and learn.

I don't understand why this place isn't busier. 1st off, food is always banging (bbq don't miss) and honestly it's always good vibes when I walk in. Staff and management are always super helpful and always smiling. Every time I leave this place I'm in better spirits!

Food was gross. They cooked the chicken behind the counter & wasn’t cooked evenly and had uneven cold spots so I had to have them reheat it. Tasted slimy. The food sitting out in the buffet area had been sitting for a while and looked dry and old. The noodles were sooo watery.

I tried this place when it first opened and it was great. Then I went back about five months ago and I would’ve given it four stars. I went back today and you could tell that the stuff I’ve been sitting in the pans for a while, lot of the vegetables and meat was tasteless. I even asked the girl how fresh the chicken was. She said Barry and when I got it home, it was so dry I picked it out.the creamy wasabi sauce was the best part about the whole meal. It really is a great concept for a place to eat, but I wish the quality would’ve kept up.

On 3/13/2024 we order office lunch- 18 meals! every single meal was wrong, none of the meals came with the topper dressing that completes the bowl (food was dried as the dressings is the final complement).I attempt to call (several times) to drive back to the location to fix and correct the experience my coworker experience from this purchase from Mahama fresh but no-one answer the phone at the location.Will never order again from Mahan Fresh.My advise to you, unless you go in person you can bet something is going to be wrong or missed with the order.Staff is really nice but it seems they are always rushing thru the line causing this kind of mistake.
This is probably the 5th time ive been to MF. Its usually very good but last night was the worst time ive been. The service was abysmal, with the cashier & line cook talking about anything that wasnt related to work or making sure the food was out. There were barely any options ready although it was empty in the location. Im fine with waiting, so they put up more BBQ chicken for myself and key west chicken for my friend. Both were still cold even though they came from the back. It took my friend and i close to 15 minutes to sit down together because the service was so poor. If i didnt have to catch a movie after I wouldve filed a complaint in there and demanded a refund. Not worth the $19 for a single bowl and drink.

Chicken was dry and inedible cause it was over cooked the rice and Brussels sprouts and green beans were undercooked and there was no flavor for paying 20$ for the bowl I was very upset I will not be going

Ordered food from them and they said they no longer had noodles which was an option to chose from. Opted for the rice instead. I got a combination of steak and tuna and both are pretty bad. Super chewy tuna and steak, and the steak is exceptionally well done (overcooked). Won’t be going back. Go to Fresh Kitchen instead.

It’s a ghetto Fresh Kitchen. Service was bad. Food had absolutely no flavor. The menu sounds appetizing but EVERYTHING was poorly executed. Forced myself to eat as much as I could only cause I hate food waste. So disappointing. Don’t recommend.
