The staff is the best and makes great pizza it’s a 5 star joint but the new owner is cheaping out on everything including the workers and doesn’t honor any Marcos deals anymore.Sad to see people sacrifice good business for their own pockets in my opinion.

I had a holiday party and ordered 25 large pies. The manager James was very attentive and helpful. I placed the order the day before and my order arrived on time and warm! The manager even checked in with me later that day to ensure everything went well. The pizzas were delicious! Great service!

We used to go to Marcos for our pizza when we lived in Valrico, but I was surprised how the pizza has gone down. Too much crust on a large and not enough pizza. Doubt we will go back to them for a pizza.

Whatever happened to friendly and courteous customer service? Sat for 35 minutes while my pizza and salad were waiting on me. This was a curbside pick up. Was supposed to be brought out to me. What happened to a kind, friendly, customer service? No explanation given to me or apology for the wait when I came in to pick up the order.

Came in after my work to get 2 pizzas for my family and they had already put the toppings, sauces, dough, etc. up and they had every reason (it was a bit after 10 pm) to say that I couldn't put a order in. However that's where I was wrong as they honored the order I had and that is how you get a customer for life. Not many pizza/fast food places can have customer service like Marco's Pizza on Brandon Blvd. can. This'll be my go to for certain based on the great service alone & great pizza.

Delivery was an hour late no updates just kept saying it should be there any moment! Then they say oh it’s showing green should be delivered but it isn’t. This is not the first time this location has had bad delivery service. Multiple times of bad delivery and having to call back the store many times!
