This place is only getting two stars because the food is still pretty good. The place smelled like dumpster when we got there and the supervisor that was there was ringing out dirty cleaning towels with gloves and proceeding to work in the kitchen with the same gloves. I also asked for a water cup with my meal and was told “sorry we don’t have any of those right now” with no replacement options.

I usually love moes, but this location is absolutely disgusting. It smells like a porta potty all throughout the restaurant. The floors are extremely dirty. The guy who cashed me out tried to give me a dirty tray. The salsa bar was damn near empty for 3 of the salsas and tables haven’t been wiped down. Will not be returning to this particular location.

Wasn't necessarily a bad experience. The food was okay. The place was pretty clean.....Issue is not being able to have a conversation or hear yourself think over how obnoxiously loud the music is.

I come here because it’s low key and not busy. The food quality is okay. The worst part of being the restaurant is the staff. You have to pull service out of them and they don’t care at all about work ethic. I get it, it’s Moes but at least try to care a little about what you’re doing

Slow service. Out of several items. Disorganized. They need to teach employees to jump in where help is needed and would help to be quicker. If I sent someone to work here they would turn out to be lazy ppl. Please teach ppl to work hard and do good work.

There always seems to be a problem with this store when I visit. The staff is friendly and the ones that work definitely try their best while understaffed. But the mobile app does not allow online orders. Online orders from the website are accepted but never worked on until you show up in the store to pick the item up. And as of recently, no cheese or chicken is available. I understand there was recently a hurricane but everywhere else has restocked up on these essential ingredients. This restaurant unfortunately has not managed to recover since the onset of the pandemic to its former days of glory, and the change in the meat two years ago was not the only change that was for the worst.

By far the most disappointing moes experience I’ve had. The entire restaurant smelled like a foul overflowed toilet. Every single one of the employees was incredibly uninterested in their job. The girl making the food was extremely rude and unhelpful and the guy who was everywhere but the cash register was rude as well. We had to ask 3 times for our queso after we payed and had to ask for our drink cups after the guy wouldn’t stop walking away from the register. The door says they Are hiring “superstars” but the staff that they have is way below par. I will not be returning to this location.

I hate leaving one star reviews and I've never been to a Moe's before, but I was quite disappointed. After a few of my friends saying this was their favourite burrito joint, I was excited to try it. All of the employees were nice but also seemed sort of out of it ? The place was disorganised the tables looked randomly placed around, dirt and dust on the floor. The food was my biggest disappointment, the chicken was extremely dry, the lettuce was soggy like it had been washed but never dried. (At least they washed it I guess.) Whole LARGE chunks of onions in the salsa. Burrito was comparable to what I remember getting in my public school lunch. Employee double charged me for two items I didn't get so we had to do a chargeback. My husband said it was subpar for Moe's and that it's usually better.

i generally like Moes but this location is disgusting, the cook was clearly on something just slinging around whatever, they were out of veggies, no forks, the chicken was hard and tasted old - the whole place was a mess. i told the guy working hey there’s no forks and he responded with “i know”. nobody gave a hoot in that whole place, never again.

Food (taste) was good. Presentation not great. The store is a little rough around the edges. Owner needs to update the place …and not overly clean. Most of the workers doing their best with what they have. Not as nice as other Moe’s 3.7 stars
