March 2024 update! New management and employees, everyone is very nice and it is MUCH cleaner. I have been frequenting this location again. Very happy to see them get things running smoothly :)1 year since my last review, decided to give this location another try, If I had to use one word it would be disgusting! Filth everywhere. The area where the food is, the tables, the drink bar. I cannot believe the owner does not do something about this. No greeting and one employees pants were below his butt and his entire underwear were exposed and he was serving the food. No thanks. Was really hoping things had gotten better here but if you are at all concerned about cleanliness do not visit this one. If you are the owner please take care of your store :(If I could give this location 0 stars I would. It is dirty, the workers could care less about their job, they are lackadasical and it's like you are bothering them to have them make the food. There was no ice and no one willing to get some. I was in there at 5 pm on a Friday, I was the ONLY customer there and the assembly line was disgusting. I don't get why they don't neaten things up before the dinner rush, eveyone was just standing around. They barely squeak out Welcome to Moes. I know this may sound petty but I can't express enough how unkempt the food area was. This place was amazing when it first opened but the past couple of years it has really gone downhill. I will not be visiting this one again and it sucks because I am 5 minutes from there but this was the last straw. I hope the owner reads the reviews and makes some surprise visits to his location, I would DIE if this were my business and it was being run this way.

The food use to be fresher, queso needed to be hotter..the sound system was screaching...I wont be back..they had trouble with a backed up Coke machine. It should of been taken out of service..just nasty!!

Horrible service like usual, food is extremely pricey for what you get... same girl working here for a long time, she rings you up, without using gloves handles food after touching money and whatever else... the tables are always disgustingly dirty!! This was my last trip to moes, I would rather stop and eat dirt then ever come here again!!

The people that work here are terrible. They never give enough of any of the food. When you ask for more they give you a dirty look and then scantly put some on. There must be a shortage on chips. Just stale crumbs. I’m over it. Done with this cluster.

I visited the Moe's on Hwy 60 today. It was a good visit. The staff was very friendly, she helped me in my selection. Once I sat down and began to eat, I knew her recommendations was good. I enjoyed the visit and would return to eat there again soon.

Only one person working at lunch time. Good too a long time and want even warm. Coke machine was leaking water, overflowing from the area where you put your cup all over the floor making the floor slippery and when we let the girl that was working know she said she was the only one working so there was nothing she could do about it. Later some one came out with some kind of device to try to clear the drain I guess and was blowing and splashing that dirty nasty water all over the dispenser area and the nozzle where the beverages come out. When he was done he didn’t even clean the dispenser and it was still clogged, I was NOT going to get a refill from that nasty thing. I’ll never go back to that location!
