They give the lightest scoops possible. I tried to use apple pay and the register froze. I told her it was the register and she kept telling me to close the window. Apple pay isnt a window you close. I iust had to wait till the register said transaction failed and then do it again. Cant do this location anymore

The old food was bad and the little that was left was put together with the new horrible one, the pieces of chicken fell out and they were put back in the container too little, the cook was not in a hurry, people were waiting for the food, everything that was still out of date of time that food should be voted on, no, health

The employee "Nina" is severely lacking customer service skills. She laughed in our faces after failing to apply our coupon and charging us full price. This person needs training is professionalism, customer service and how to apply a coupon or cancel an order.

Why only 2 stars @PandaExpress ? I am semi retired and looking to get out among people. I have worked in fast food years ago and it doesn't take much to be a great crew member. HOWEVER, I was scheduled for a Saturday (Dec 2nd) interview and no one showed up (was a Zoom meeting online) from the company. Called to see if Amanda (Mgr) was available to give me instructions. There was a new Zoom interview, my camera was on but not the person doing the interview. Today I see they posted (4 days ago) the same position I applied for! I seriously feel they have issue with hiring SENIORS as I haven't seen any at this location and I have been a customer of this store for about 4 years. Very disappointed but truthfully... YOUR LOSS!

So what I never understood about Panda Express is the portion size. Now when I get an order of a basic entree it is a set price, and of course if you want a premium entree it comes at a cost. This being said, why does Panda always serve a small portion for the premium entree? I’m paying the additional fee you deemed necessary for making this premium entree with premium ingredients but you skimp on the serving size which allows you to make more servings all while I have to get less. Panda on 60 outside of Kanes does this 100% of the time. It is legitimately the absolute worst Panda I’ve been to, and I’m an over the road trucker. I e been to panda all over. This is the worst. Very worst. On a scale of worst, it would be them at number 1. 1 being the worst, then skip to 20 then it would be the next place. Please skip this panda. Go the extra mile or two to the one in valrico or get something from the mall. If the owners ever see this train your people up or how bout don’t offer premium entrees.

Warning! Their honey chicken gave me the worst food poisoning of my life!I shared some of my food with my 3 year old, and unfortunately, she got just sick as well, just not as long.Throwing up all night until all that was left was the water i was drinking to stay hydrated. It is now 4 pm the following day, and im finally able to sit up.I will never eat here again, i suggest you don't either.
