Pick two portions on take out are much smaller than dinning in.Not enough people working the front.Place is too small..not enough boothsMistake to leave the mall...there was more room & places for a student to study, a place to eat & read...have a nice meal with family or a smaller.group of friends.Do not care off the new location at all.

When eating at restaurant, you get NO service. I get my drink. I clean my own table. I pick up my own food. Why am I FORCED for a tip amount before transaction is complete? Disgusting!!
I ordered a salad online and went to the restaurant at the designated time to pick it up. I waited, and waited, and waited but my order never came up. I went to the front counter and asked about my order and was told they had no record of it. The lady asked for the confirmation number, but I didn't have it, so I left. When I got back to the office, I called and, amazingly, the guy on the phone could pull my order up right away... crazy! I was transferred to a manager and was told that the lady at the front couldn't' pull up my order by my name or phone number (wait, the dude I just talked to could). I was offered a refund or to come back again and they would remake it. I took the refund and will never go back to Panera again. A ridiculous experience and completely unacceptable for such a large chain. Pathetic way to treat your customers. I will make sure my company never uses Paner and will tell everyone I can about my deplorable experience.

Confused with this location #204270. Both employee and supervisor are not considerate to CUSTOMERS(their paycheck). They do not want to give me a specific bread ? for my sandwich. They are telling me why but it makes no sense. 1. There didn’t care if I left 2. I can make my own better tasting sandwich at home 3. They have enough bread of the one I wanted to accommodate me. 4. I’ve been at the Panera locations and this is one of the heartless that I’ve been too. Businesses are going to lose because they are realizing that customers are necessary to stay open. People can make their food and go elsewhere. They are too comfortable with stupidity.
Healthy food options decently priced. A good variety that you are able customize your order. Recent changes to menu that added more options.
