I ordered a pizza with half pepperoni and half ground beef. It says it right on the sticker on the side of the box. When the employee checked my order before sealing the box with the sticker, he obviously didn't check to make sure that the order was correct. I got all the way home and changed clothes before opening the box and seeing that half the pizza was just cheese with no pepperoni. It's a Wednesday night and the store wasn't even busy. My pizza was ready sooner than the estimated ready time. I'm not happy

My son picked up pre ordered pizza. Thank goodness he checked the pizza was half eaten and the cinnamon rolls also. Manager said the employees got hungry. He had to wait for them to remake it. In the meantime the other pizza got cold and he missed part of the game. After he got home I called and she told us we could get a pizza free the next time.

I would give zero stars if I could..Wow! Words fail me... we just ordered the pizza bowls for the first time and when they were delivered, my husband said we will NEVER do that again. After he handed me my bowl I was shocked that we just spent $36.00 with tip for two bowls that had maybe enough in it to put topping on ONE piece of actual pizza. I ordered Philly steak and got 3 pieces of meat in the bowl and the cheese was so minimal that I could see the bottom of the dish before I took the first bite. There were hardly any green peppers and onions in the dish. For my bowl alone cost 17$ and some change. What I received was not even close to being worth the price. We would have gotten more had we just bought a whole pizza and just took the toppings off and threw the crust away. Not to mention, taking that route would have cost us less. MAJOR disappointment Papa Johns!!! We will never order from you again. EVER! What a total rip-off!!!

Of Course there's nothing like starting the new year off with some pizza from Papa John's.We placed a pick up order and got one of the new cheesy calzone filling pizzas, medium cheese, also cheese sticks and a Hawaiian I think.When I came to pick it up, everybody was super nice. The order was already ready but when I got home I realized that they got one of the pizzas wrong but no worries I called and they immediately offered me to come pick it up a new one no problem And they had it ready as soon as I got back which was wonderful. Everyone was happy

The puzza has really gone downhill. But then again, i haven't found a decent pizza in Florida.

Irresponsible staff. I've ordered a pizza thru GH and they suddenly closed the restaurant before I picked my order. It was set to close at 12, but I went 10:10PM and it was closed. They didn't even called me to say anything. Never again.

The garlic cheese stuffed crust pizza didn't taste very garlicky. The sauce that they show on TV, isn't what you get. We got what was labeled garlic, but when you open it, it's just oil that doesn't taste like anything other than oil. It was gross. The pizzas (ordered 2 at $19.99 ea) that didn't live up to the hype. Thank goodness the brownie was good. DiGiorno makes better tasting cheese stuffed pizza and I could've purchased 2 of those for less than half of what I paid tonight. Papa John's used to be good, but seems like it's gone downhill. Heck, even Hungry Howies has tastier pizza and for less.
