Ok, this is "Mall Pho". Let's get that straight from the start. You should not be expecting the same Pho as a Pho from a Pho restaurant. Pho-get-about-it.However, Pholicious is not bad Pho'. It's actually pretty darn good for "Mall Pho". The broth has a light, albeit a slightly salty, taste. Good portion of noodles and garnishes.Mall food has always had a certain culinary appeal to some. I am guilty of loving the variations on Bourbon Chicken from the usual cast of characters in the food courts.But to find Pho in a Mall. That's just crazy. Crazy enough to have to have a bowl for sure. And...it's worth having again in the circumstance of wanting a quick bowl of Pho while mall shopping.

The place is extremely dirty. I ordered the first before I got to their restroom, it is extremely nasty. Looks like have not been cleaned for months. The tables are dirty. It just does not make me feel like eating here.However we paid for the food and smoothie before checking how dirty it is.Food does taste good.If they clean up the place and start using the gloves while making smoothies, it would be a much better place.

Great place for Boba. My sons had his first and it was Pina Colada with boba. I had a delicious mango with strawberry popping and Boba. Many combinations and pricing is no different than Boba shops outside the mall.

I came for boba only. What I got was chunks of ice and boba so frozen it tasted like a stale vitamin chewy. Very disappointing.

I like to eat here once a year to remind myself why the Pho here is god awful, undercooked, cheap, & downright disgusting. Anything separate from the soup comes in a Plastic Ziploc bag. It not only looks unhygienic but absolutely dirty. The 'broth' has some salt sprinkled in it though it's not appealing to look at. I honestly thought dishwasher soup got mixed into it. The noodles were difficult to eat, and seemed like they been sitting in a container for hours. This time around I ordered the Fishball soup due to past experiences of receiving 1 puny piece of beef. My fish balls were cut up and I only counted 4 of them in total. The customer service was sort of cringe to be entirely honest. The host while very flamboyant and positive does not seem to know the type of 'restaurant' they work in. Speaking to be using Japanese like "konnichiwa" and saying "hai" before bowing... it's Vietnamese food...at least it's supposed to be. I haven't tried the boba drinks, but if it's anything like the dishwater Pho it probably tastes poorly. I recommend going to Kung Fu Tea instead, higher quality and cheaper than this kiosk.

I've been going here for years and really enjoy it! I was a little disappointed (More like majorly disappointed) when they changed they're green tea boba smoothie to bitter matcha, but there were other good flavors to try. If there's anything bad I'd have to say it's that I really miss the original green tea smoothie flavoring!
Did not get food. Only got bubble tea. The tea was not very good and they charged me extra for the boba balls. Boo!

Man... I ordered 3 orders of spring rolls large beef pho Only 1 order of spring rolls came inAnd the pho... Jesus the noodles were hard and the meat(beef) was gross man... altogether I paid 45 dollars for this masterpiece I give one star for the spring roll tasting pretty decent other than that I got ripped pretty f****** hard

Got the blue Hawaii and it tasted like bubble gum medicine. One of the most disgusting things I’ve tried. I literally took one sip and went right back and asked to exchange it for another one and she caught an attitude. Normal food places will just replace the bad item but I spent $7 just to throw it in the trash.
