My husband ordered a pizza at around 6:30 on Super Bowl Sunday, expecting it to take long, but the wait was 2 hours before Pizza Hut told him the pizza was delivered! And we didn't have a pizza! For some reason we couldn't call the physical store, so my husband did the route of customer service, and we've been on hold for OVER AND HOUR AND COUNTING. At first we just wanted our pizza cause we were hungry, but eventually we got tired of waiting, and ordered from Dominos! They were good and speedy! And we actually got our pizza! We're still on hold as I type this review, so if we'll see where it goes, but we're never trying Pizza Hut like this again.
This place is awful as far as making an edible pizza. We got the pizza box thing and the two pizzas were so dry the original crust was not buttery at all and they didn't even cut the bread stick. Chicken wings were rock hard. Don't order from here there are way better pizza places in Brandon for the same price.

I ate the pizza in the parking lot it looked so good! I got a double pepperoni and bacon taste maker with very light sauce and let me tell you what... it was the best pizza hut pizza I ever had. The man who checked me out was very nice and quick to help. I didn't have to wait. It's a shame I live so far away or I would come here everytime. Just happened to stop while I was in Brandon becuaee of a pizza craving lol. Money well spent. 12$ and 2 full people.

Placed order at 3PM for a 630PM delivery. Food was cold tasted like cardboard as if they cooked it at 330PM and held it until 630PM. We made snadwiches insatead and trid to give food to full grown dogs, They snubbed their noses at the

Not very good. Ordered a personal pan pizza but it used to be crispy and this wasn't. Also I sat and waited and finally had to go up and ask them about my order and they had to put it in a warmer. I won't buy a personal pan pizza anymore from Pizza Hut.

My delivery was unacceptable and the responses from both Pizza Hut and Door Dash who they used for overflow delivery, were equally unacceptable. They've both lost my business.
