Went thru drive thru on 4/19/24 @ 7:40am. Was greeted by a cheerful batista her name was Emily. I work in the Healthcare field and had a long nigh shift. Just Emily's service alone made a world of difference to my mood. She was also helpful in helping me make substitution to my orders. She made ME feel cheerful. Starbucks did good hiring this young lady. They should use her to train the rest of staff on custom service.

I get Starbucks multiple times a week and I regret my decision every time I stop at this one. I always order a white mocha. For some reason at this one I get a coffee that tastes like it has zero flavoring or sweetness in it. I’ve never had this experience at another Starbucks. I now drive out of my way to go to another one! Definitely don’t recommend this location!

It went from the best service to the worst... Came to get a coffee after being at the Brandon Cancer center for 5 hours infusions and was starving so why not get a Coffee at the nearest loaction. Unfortunately Every Tampa and Brandon location is owned by the same general manager which is as good as his employees..... No people skills whatsoever. Incompetent. Can't get a drink done right because they're cheap with their serving sizes. You ask for extra on anything and even pay for it but they won't add it. For that I go to Dunkin. Starbucks is just not what it used to be... We've tried giving it chances but these people are extremely incompetent and it shows.

The starbucks here moves as slow as pond water. Zero sense of urgency. There was no line and it took forever just to get a refresher made.I live near a starbucks that just opened, and it operates the way it should: focusing on getting foot traffic and drive thru traffic in and out expeditiously.15 minutes for a refresher is just kind of irritating. People were nice and the drink came out fine, but it's slow af, and like I said, no sense of urgency.

My recent experience has made me realize why I stopped coming here. Do yourself a favor and go to another Starbucks. It must be very difficult for this particular Starbucks location to make your drink properly. They either miss an ingredient (that you've paid extra for) or the drink in general is poorly made especially when you compare them to another Starbucks.

“Somewhere over the rainbow, I found the place that I dreamed of”.Hey Disney is playing we can sing along. I walked in on Hamilton. Doesn’t get any better than that, as you step into the “whole new world”.The service inside was pretty quick, the dwarfs were working fast considering a building car line.I just missed Cinderella, because the store was pretty clean.TISSUE PAPER WAS NNNOOOOIIICCCEEE ?. Thanks Fairy God Mother!7 tables “up in here, up in here.”Shouldn’t have to “put a ring on it” to grab one. Just drink your coffee and “party like it’s your freaking birthday”Maybe we will catch each other here “someday over the rainbow” at Regency Starbucks. I’ll save the “sunshine in my pockets” until then and we can just dance, dance, dance!??
