A staff member greeted us when we walked in to order from the kiosk. Our food was prepared in a timely manner and was up to par with other Steak 'n' Shakes we've eaten at. Booth tables were not cleaned off, and floor was very sticky and dirty, and scent of old grease hung in the air.
I What's helped by a gentleman that I goes by the name of Cy. Cy Seems to be very knowledgeable about the menu there. He was very respectful and and has a great personality.Not sure if he is a manager. But he should definitely be getting paid like he is. This guy was multi tasking to the max he was doing fries, The grill, making milkshakes, taking orders at counter and was handling drive through like a champ! Cy Definitely deserves the star employee of the month and a raise!!!...read full review

Very disappointed that the wait staff has been removed to save a few dollars but the prices are still higher.. This place needs a friendly face to meet and greet diners. And this location in particular needs a good cleaning. Needs to be mopped cause the floors are so sticky I feel I should wipe my feet before I go outside.
