They always close earlier than their posted time off 9:30 pm. Why give a closing time when you don't follow it

Came in for cookies n drink , there were no cookies baked which is fine since I was informed they don’t come in until Tuesday , asked for 2 large cups for fountain drinks and all fountain drinks were straight water . Threw my cups away . Customers should be informed if fountain drinks aren’t full or working before buying , I was in a rush and didn’t have time for a refund .But I’m not coming back .

Service itself is fine, and guys make sandwiches quickly. However, bread (any type) is always dry and stale. Sandwiches do not taste good with a poor-quality bread.

The girl who was serving us at 2:30 p.m. treated us very badly, she asked me what size the bread was and I answered that I wanted Italian bread and she was upset that I did not answer what she asked me and she asked me again in bad shape she looked angry because she was alone and had a line waiting for her, I think that if she doesn't like what she does she shouldn't work there very disappointed

The food was pretty good. I was a little disappointed they stopped the Oven Roasted Chicken Breast Sub as that was my favorite. It was replaced with rotisserie Chicken which I'm not as big a fan of. So, I did the Bacon Chicken Ranch (minus the ranch). It was good.

Great sandwich and excellent customer service!This location is very clean and the employees I encountered we're very nice.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I recommend the turkey with pepper jack cheese.

Trapped On Vacation

I usually stop here for lunch but.....The new staff have not really come into their roles.....It's been 3 weeks with inconsistent service and new team members that are just not catching on.b James and Katie always seem happy and provide great customer service, can you just give them a raise and let them work more hours???Invest in the people that bring in repeat business some of themPut those new hires on a different shift untill they catch up to speed for a busy lunch.

Me and my family bought chicken tariaki from this store we all got stomach problems. Been to toilet several times, and still having pain. And I conforms its from subway because we haven’t had anything else today other than subway in common. This need to be taken care of, you should not serve bad foods to public / customers. Its not appropriated.
